If she knows that someone needs more help than she can provide, she has the knowledge to send you to a specialist who can assist you. That I was have headaches and had gotten lightheaded. They said how about 2:30. Great. I got there early for paperwork. At 2:45 they put me in an exam room and I thought not too much of a wait. I sat in the exam room head throbbing for 55 minutes, then I left. I didn't insist on a same day appointment nor did they see they "could fit me in". It's unacceptable to expect people to wait that long. I lost two hours of work and got no treatment.

Even though Toby Hampton is over this clinic, he is almost never there. For 2-1/2 years he was my…read moreprimary care giver but in that entire time I never saw him because he was never there. They have a few other physicians and a lot of nurse practitioners. The care they give is mediocre at best. They do not refer back to patient charts so they seem to have a total disregard for a patient's history when making a diagnoses or prescribing medicines. They treat patients like brand new patients every time they come in even when they come in on a regular basis, again not referring back to the patient's chart. I even had one nurse practitioner, Debra Cannon, who upon entering the exam room never gave me a hands on exam, sat on the stool and after speaking to me from across the room about the fact I thought I was pregnant told me that there was nothing wrong with me. She told me that I was getting old (I was only 32), I was over weight and THAT'S what my problem was...that is a direct quote. Upon my insistance, they ran a blood test and I WAS infact pregnant. From that point I refused to be treated by her. Shortly there after, because of their lack of concern and continuing incompetence, I switched to their Paris clinic which is not any better than Huntingdon.
