Because I apparently can't make anything easy, this was a fluid process moving possessions in and out of the keep/trash categories. Again, nothing but polite, professional hard work from these two. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional.
