Fariha is so sweet and professional. She is there Tuesday-Saturday and I recommend her for all your brow needs. I have gone here before for eyebrow threading and tinting. My previous experiences have been okay. This time I had someone different, and I felt there was room for improvement in the customer service realm. I tried to make an appointment online, which was never confirmed. I called ahead to inquire if I could come at that time because I had not received a confirmation. The woman who answered stated she never checks that anyways. I went in and besides a hello few words were spoken. I asked for a tint and threading. The threading is okay, but nothing spectacular. The tinting was the downfall. As a redhead I feel some thought has to be put into the color. A brown was quickly mixed and thrown on. During the time it set (and I was not told a waiting time or any inkling of it), the woman went to what sounded to be a fridge and was sounded as though she were eating at the desk. I'm not tinting expert, but the time felt longer than previous times I have sat. I only get my brows done once a year for so when I feel like it, and considered I was probably wrong because she is a professional. When she came back and removed the tinting solution I thought they looked a bit dark, but thought it may be my pink skin from the threading/rubbing and the lighting. When I went outside and checked in sunlight I did find they were very dark. They seemed as though they would match the woman's dark brown hair rather than my red. I went back in to inquire if she thought they were dark or if there was anything to do about it. She said she had just used brown, and there was nothing to do. She did apologize, but I thought I would leave this review for any fair skinned red heads out there looking for a tint.

There was no line nor was it busy and she rushed leaving me with one thin eyebrow and one normal one. I look like I'm raising my eyebrow all the time. When I brought the issue up, she was gaslighting me telling me that she couldn't thread the other one because it would take a big part of the hair off. Why then would you take more hair from the other eyebrow leaving it thin then? Arezo actually does a very well job, takes her time, is very kind, and GENTLE. So if you go PLEASE ask for her unless you want a painful rough experience. Very disappointing :((

I reached out to her via Yelp to inquire about her service & her price points. I included my phone number & email at the bottom of my message to her. A few hours later I get a text from her, introducing herself & gave me her price for a full set of lash extensions & price of fills. We continued to text throughout the day & she was able to fit me in the following week in the morning! She is so sweet & personable. She made me feel so comfortable. The last time I had lash extensions put in was quite painful and I had told her that I was nervous about it. She said it shouldn't hurt at all! And indeed it didn't hurt! I felt ZERO pain. I've heard of people getting their lashes done by a professional & still feeling pain. Christy does it right! I didn't feel stinging or anything. The process went by so fast, she's so much fun to talk to. After we finished she explained lash care & that I'd see a few fall out & it's completely normal. And truly it is. I've had a few fall out & I can't even tell. Man I cannot say enough great things about Christy! GO TO HER.

I have naturally dark and manicured brows, but they definitely have some thinning as I age. I also have scar tissue that makes a few hairs misbehave. Lamination makes them behave. I also did have cavitation twice, but decided it's not for me. Oddly, it is relaxing. It just didn't do anything and saw no point in continuing to do it. Go get you some pretty brows and lashes!
