There were many employees in the store, but no one customer serviced us. No hello, no how can I help you, nothing. Just blank stares and carried on doing their own things. One of the workers I asked for assistence to help me find feathers. She didn't smile, but she did show me to a location where she knew where I can locate what I needed. When I said thank you to her, she just walked away without a response or smile. Happy with our merchandise choice, we proceeded to the check out line. On the way out, I asked the young african american female who helped check us out for 2 applications for my friends because they forgot to ask. She looked through the drawers at all the registers and told me about the online application. What truly irritated me is on the way out, she said "I do have some advice. You are going to have to take those out if you're going to apply. *pointing at her lips indicating my piercings*" never have I EVER had anyone tell me that while I ask for an application. I never asked for thr advice. This is NOT an interview. Then I told her they weren't for me and she gave me a look and replied "oh" in a rude matter. Excuse me?! I am a 21 year old young lady and have a steady career in retail myself. Never have I seen such bad customer service and honestly I felt insulted to meet people who delivered customer service so poorly. Would be common sense for anyone that is looking for a job to look professional to begin with. Next time, she needs to keep her rude opinions to herself. If there is even a next time. But I'm definitely never coming back here and advise other people to shop elsewhere. This store may have what you need, but customer service is definitely not one of them.

When I got my hair dryer out and peeled the stickers off, I found the store marked up every one of my ornaments. $9.99 miniature ornaments were marked to $12.99. $15.99 regular sized ornaments were marked $19.99 and $17.99 were marked to $22.99. Do the math. That's $3.00, $4.00 and $5.00 more than Hallmark's prices. Imagine how much money this store made this Christmas. If that doesn't stick in your craw, these stickers deface the boxes. If you're an ornament collector, MIB is gone. I'll be buying my ornaments directly from Hallmark next year.
