Just hire them. My GF who is a pro event planner recommend them. Any company can leave a good impression when all goes as planned. It's how a company responds when things go wrong that says so much about how they value and respect their customers. After a storm, our tent took on water and was sagging just hours before our event. They came out in under an hour , fixed the issue and followed up to make sure all is well. Things always come up when planning an event, so don't take a chance on anyone else because of price! When I originally inquired about my wedding approximately a year ago, I inquired for a Saturday date in July. Due to the venues we chose, we ended up with a Friday date in July. Although myself, my planner, as well as my father, confirmed a different date than the original invoice (more than once, twice the week of the wedding), the 60 chivari chairs I ordered never came on my wedding day. Luckily the venue had chairs we could use, otherwise my guests would have had nowhere to sit. This is unacceptable. I had a vision in my mind for the aesthetic of my wedding day, which included the chairs, and that vision didn't come to life as expected. Extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend them to anyone in the future due to the incompetence of the corresponding staff we worked with. read more

When my daughters wedding venue called in April and canceled her August date due to Covid she immediately canceled the dance floor that she reserved for that night. They kept her deposit which was substantial for a young couple. There were NO SERVICES performed at all. Nothing! But they refused to return even a portion of her deposit! They offered to give her credit (1 year) for rental of products or services in the future but she lives in Ohio and that would not be something of any use. After the conversation I had with the manager, i would NEVER use this business and would not recommend anyone else do that either. read more

I rented from Eventioneers for a graduation party. The sumo suits and the bungee/joust challenge were a hit! After hearing stories about other companies renting their stuff unclean, I was a little nervous to rent, but I have to say my rentals from Eventioneers were spotless. Best party rental place in Pittsburgh!! Great prices, great staff and brand new rental equipment. Based out of Cranberry but serve the entire Pittsburgh area. All other rental places in Cranberry have old equipment and higher prices. This is where I go when I need a bounce house, tables, chairs, tents and other party rentals. read more

We didn't have a favorable experience with this event rental company. Our wedding of only 30 people cost us over $2100 because we were nickel & dimed for every little expense. We found the return of phone calls to be slow, questions weren't answered in a timely fashion, the pick up of the rental items weren't completed in a timely fashion as was promised & it nearly interfered with our church's evening service. Linens were awful. We ordered 4 ft tables but weren't told there were no linens for 4 ft tables, only 6 ft tables. The linens hung on the floor & looked ridiculous for our wedding! Also, there were large seams across the front of the linens. We received 1 chair pad that was stained. We were charged for the delivery of a clean chair pad! Our credit card was charged before we were shown a final invoice. Owner recommended a florist to us who didn't show up for our appt! Highly recommend you look elsewhere rather than use this company. read more
