Not once did I feel like she was pushing me or selling me, she wanted to make sure I felt comfortable knowing how personal this has been for me. I have PCOS which caused excess hair growth for me since I was in my early 20s and it's been so embarrassing and frustrating for me I kept putting it off and off and it was the fear of the unknown that really stopped me. Kathryn and the team here put me at ease. When I was ready to commit they even offered easy and affordable financing options so it's completely affordable! I even got multiple areas. I am driving from New Jersey just to come here and I know it's an investment so the place I go to has to be perfect or as perfect as can be to my standards. Let me explain what I mean by this. I have the unique honor of having met Paula Young on several occasions. She is an amazing, beautiful, compassionate woman - and happens to be recognized Nationally as one of the best (if I try to remember the exact title, I will get it wrong) in the field/industry. She told me she was going to talk to her manager and somebody will get back to me right away. Monday, November 10 I called ideal image to confirm that my appointment was cancelled and that I will get my money back. The manager Leilani told me that I will get an email to confirm the cancellation and the amount of my refund. Later in the afternoon on November 10 I got a phone call from corporate office for our ideal image telling me that I will not get my money back due to the contract I signed. I tried to explain to the woman on the phone that no one told me that I will not get a refund back if I cancel. All I was told that I will get my money back by the manager at ideal image if I cancel within 24 hours. I called ideal image on Nazareth bike and the manager told me that I was approved for a full refund of $2440 but apparently corporate did not approve of it and she also mentioned that she was going to call corporate and get back with me right away but she did not. As for the Botox session that I paid for over $500 did not work at all and I don't see any change in my face. I want my full refund back for the Botox as well as the money they stole from me. I want a refund of the amount of $3201.00 asap I filed a complaint with BBB

The staff from entry to exit was very nice and tentative. I loved that Robert explained the service steps from start to finish beforehand along with product knowledge. He also shows you the equipment/tools that will be used so you know it is sterile and/or first and only use will be on you (this is definitely a plus for people like me)! Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount. Upon entering, I was greeted promptly and escorted to the upstairs waiting area for my nails. Tricia was my technician, and she was lovely! On time, professional and friendly. The manicure itself was great and thorough. Very pleased with the service! This was my first visit. Based on their social media and website, I had an image in my head of a somewhat upscale salon. The curb appeal is a bit dated and worn, but there is ample parking which is nice! I entered the salon through the rear door (there are 2 entrances which I learned after. The one in the rear is for the lower level which I *think* is the salon. The front entrance goes to the second level which is nails, massages and facials from what I saw. You can get upstairs easily from the lower entrance though - just a bit confusing). The decor leaves a lot to be desired. It did not feel like a relaxing and upscale salon - more of a worn early 90's cream leather type of style. The arm chair I waited in was cracking so bad that I had cream colored flakes all over my arm. They also do not have enough dryers. There was a party of 4 pedicures that finished just before me and took up all of the dryers, so I sat in the waiting room letting my nails air dry. They also do not use new or sterilized nail files and instruments on each new client. I don't get manicures often, so am unsure of the policy on this - but see it noted in salon reviews often. Overall, the service itself was great, but it certainly didn't feel like a relaxing spa otherwise.
