Laura is awesome she took our maternity photos to announce our pregnancy as well as our sons newborn photos. Laura is so patient and a perfectionist which make for beautiful photos. My son was wide awake during our session and we were not able to get a certain pose we wanted. Laura had us come back and was great with our son she definitely wanted us to get the best photos possible which I truly appreciated. Both sessions we had with Laura I came to her with poses we wanted and she delivered exactly what we wanted she is definitely worth the drive. I rarely take selfies - I'm not a fan of being in front of the camera. I feel awkward, weird and nervous. So when I knew I had to take headshots to go along with a website, articles and emails I'd be creating - I panicked. Especially since those pictures of me were going to be viewed by plastic surgeons which are the majority of my clients. Talk about pressure ... I did a google search and found Laura/Everblooming. Conveniently she was close to my house and booked an appointment for me that fit into my schedule. I got there - super nervous. Luckily the waiting room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The lady at the front was extremely nice and Laura came out to get me shortly after. Her calm demeanor and sense of humor was awesome! I'll never be at ease in front of a camera but she made it bearable. She took a bunch of photos and spent extra time with me to get the right shots. First time ever taking maternity/family photos, Laura did a fantastic job. She took her time, made us feel comfortable. She had plenty of props to make our session magical. Choosing 10 photographs out of 60 was hard. we ended up paying a bit more to add to our package but they were worth it. We loved every single photo. I was a little nervous doing maternity picture being I am a plus size women but with Ever Blooming photography I felt comfortable and beautiful the photographer was patient and posed us to make us look amazing. She took her time and was very direct. When we went in to view the photos I was speechless. I feel so beautiful and me and my husband were very happy with the results we even upgraded our package. Amazing photographer!!! My husband and I booked Laura for a Family Newborn Shoot and it was worth every single penny. She was not only gentle and caring with our baby, but had the patience of an absolute angel (was not phased when baby spit up and we had to stop everything we were doing or when baby wiggled after Laura spent so much time perfectly positioning him for a particular shot). In addition to putting on soothing music, Laura also made sure the studio was nice and warm (about 90 degrees) so that baby was comfortable and relaxed throughout our time at the studio. She also had all the backdrops and scenes ready to go by time baby was ready to be photographed so that no time was wasted! While we went into the shoot with only one prop that we really wanted to use and let her do whatever she found best for the rest, Laura was absolutely open to any changes we wanted to make in poses, backdrops, etc. Do not hesitate to book with Laura for your newborn shoot.
