The team here was super friendly and didn't blink when I asked a few questions about the bases and sugar levels (I'm picky about keeping things healthy). They walked me through the options and recommended pitaya since it's lower sugar than açaí -- and they were right. It tasted amazing and felt light, clean, and refreshing. I ended up building a custom bowl with pitaya, strawberries, blueberries, chia, and a little almond butter. I ordered ahead on a Sunday and went in just to pick up. There were two employees working, and I waited outside while my order was being prepared. I did notice one of the employees wearing gloves but touching her hair before handling my açaí bowls. That made me a bit uncomfortable, since gloves are meant to keep things sanitary. Stopped by for a quick and healthy lunch bite at Everbowl. Opted for the Açaí Everbowl but decided to modify the base to mango instead of Açaí. The mango was delicious, not too sweet and I was told made from mangoes. They offer a wide range of bases to choose from and you can customize your own bowl as well. In hindsight I should have opted to choose two bases as the mango alone got tiring after I got thru half the bowl. Would have been nice to have açaí to contrast the flavors as well. I'm so excited there's a new Everbowl near me! The shop just opened and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He helped me out, let me sample all the different flavors (which I've never been able to do at other locations), and explained each one in detail. You can really tell he has a passion for açaí, and it shows in both the service and the quality of the bowls.
