DONT USE THEM. I'll give you a rundown of how their business works. Essentially Liz takes the calls and does the estimates. She'll come and look at your system and tell you what you need for free. Great. That's where her service ends. When you hire the company, they call a sub contractor to come out and fix it. Liz tells me we need to replace the sprinkler line - I ask to to replace it and she says for $250 - sounds great. The sub comes out and stops that one sprinkler fixed from leaking, But all the sprinklers now don't work? He says "Not my problem" in broken English. He is very hostile for some reason and he doesn't speak any English so I can't explain anything to him. He wants full payment even though nothing works. It turns out he doesn't work directly for the company - he was sent out for this specific job and wants to get paid - which I can understand. But I call Liz, who I did hire and explain I need her to fix the whole system not just one random sprinkler so everything works. Not gonna happen - I have to keep paying a different guy every time he comes out. we have to start over with a new process. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS CRAZY. I'm arguing that Liz should be helping me fix the system like I hired her to do rather than these weird one off jobs that doesn't fix my problem. The contractor doesn't speak English and so thinks me arguing means I won't pay him? I had his money in my hand. Regardless he goes nuts and starts RIPPING OUT THE SPRINKLERS. Within 3 minutes of me talking to Liz on The phone. Insanity. I've never seen anything like this. The company must really mistreat this guy. Does that happen to him often? this guy has a chip on his shoulder the whole time. This is not a business. If something goes wrong THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU because these guys don't work for them and they won't back any of them. I messaged their person, and she said I was wrong and they had come to my yard. After spending 1-2 hours going over things, she gave us an estimate. We told her that we had another person coming to also give us an estimate. After that other person/company was done, we called Liz and left a message saying that we wanted to go with her (we also sent a text message saying the same thing). We got no reply. After waiting days and repeated tries to reach her, we reached out to to Liz using my wife's phone. She answered.
