First, Connecting with someone wasn't easy and text messaging was our only way of communicating. A few weeks go by and on the day of my massage I call to confirm my appointment is still at 1:00? They told me I wasn't in their schedule but they could get me in for 12:00 or 3:30. I got the address from Google and that worked fine but they is not in suite 205. The building is very old with 5 floors. There were no signs to direct you which way to go. Floor 2 wasn't right so called and found out it was 5th floor. I didn't see a elevator otherwise I would have taken it. Finally reached it and was right on time and so close to missing my appointment. Then I had paper work to fill out. that my massage was shortened by 15 minutes. The girl was horrible at the massage and the room was just as bad. A loud ac blasting right at your head. Bright room and thin, not very nice sheets. Soft rock music was playing. I wasn't asked how I wanted the room, dark or light, the music I wanted to hear. Overall it was very uncomfortable and not very professional. I can't believe this business is surviving. My husband was very disappointed he bought me a crappy Xmas gift.

My massage lady went to WORK on my back: and I did get a deep tissue massage so I knew what I was getting myself into. She found ALL the knots I had and broke them down while still asking me if I'm okay. She was super professional and was constantly working on my body.
