I have dead spots in my backyard and they only treat half of my backyard per cameras show. Makes sense that my yard is half dead. Not worth the 75$ a month to have it look like complete trash. Like i said there's a house that burnt down over two years ago and that yard has been untreated and looks so much better than the service they have been giving me for years. Stay away.

They are doing a half ass job! I am sorry if my last review allowed for others to get scammed like me! Please watch your cameras. Don't assume they are doing their job! Since the middle to end of October (last 3-4 weeks) they have over-seeded right before temp dropped below freezing, and sprayed for weeds during snow that was still on the ground, and every time maybe only got 50-60% of my yard, skipping over areas and missing entire sides of my yard. Message me for proof of these actions listed below: 1) They were at my house for 9 minutes end if October (too late) to over-seed and aerate and they made 4 trips across the back yard, (it takes me 12 trips to mow) skipped over half, never went on the sides of my house, nor did they go behind the fence or up on my hill! Plus, that night there was a frost. I called them, and they acted like that didn't happen, All proven with my cameras, and finally came 2 weeks later and did it again. 2) They came again, now right at the start of November, and the temperature dropped below freezing within 30 hours of over-seeding. They proceeded to give me Instruction to water my grass for the next 4 weeks when it's below freezing,! And next year will tell me I didn't water well and that why the seeding didn't work. Really??? 3) This tops it off! Not joking!! Yesterday, it snowed a lot, still below freezing, and they came today November 15th and sprayed for weeds with some snow still left in the ground, temperature in the 30's. Yes, not joking!!!! Plus once again, Didn't do half of my yard, and never even stepped a foot in my back yard at all. They have continued to leave the receipt on my front door and charged me for all these treatments. I called and complained once, but not doing it again. I am not going to continue to have to ask them to do their job! Be aware, they will scam you, and if you use them watch your cameras! They don't care about doing a good job, but it's about marking you done and getting their money. This is why after 3 years, I cancelled, and after getting cameras, I know why my yard still full of weeds, and not where it should be. it doesn't matter to them if it's going to work, or not, they just want the money. If they will go as far as charging you for spraying for weeds in the snow/below freezing weather, then think about how much they are Not doing and charging You anyway. Weedman, take some pride and do what people pay you for, and stop being dishonest, and fire staff that don't do their job or people will continue to cancel like myself!

I called them Brad said he would be out in a couple of weeks. that was the beginning of June we have yet to see him or him to contact us to set up a time for him to come look at the problem. He also did a job for my mother and called her said he would be out and didn't show up.
