The problem is there is only one person who works for the company. We discovered he had never checked all my sprinkler heads to see if they were coming up. We figured for 5 years we did not have working sprinkler heads out front by road. You should not go with this company. They have too little knowledge and no workers. read more

We couldn't be at our house for our appointment due to a death in our family but asked Evergreen to call as our neighbor was going to come over. They didn't call us when they arrived. When we emailed them about this and asked them to call us so that we could reschedule, they were extremely rude and told us to find another company. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company. I paid $226 for them to fix a problem with my sprinkler system which was not watering the entire zone. Weeks later, several plants in that zone were dying so I called them to come back and fix the problem that clearly had not been fixed the first time. They charged me $93 in service fees for the second visit. I had no problem paying for the additional parts for the 2nd visit, but I told them I shouldn't have to pay the service fee as they didn't fix the problem the 1st time. They threatened to send me to collection if I didn't pay. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!! Customers shouldn't be expected to pay a service fee just because they were unable to fix the problem in their first visit! read more

This company gave me a quote to install/upgrade some equipment. They stalled for months because they were "too busy", stalled again because they wanted to consolidate work for several customers in the same area, and eventually backed out of the quote altogether because they said that they wanted to limit their coverage area, presumably to jobs nearer their location. I do not trust this company and would not do business with them again because they strung me along for months with false promises. read more

I would caution anyone to work with Evergreen. I contracted this company to install new sprinklers and repair two broken heads in my yard. They came for a few hours, said they had completed a job and had found a leak in my backflow system that wasn't there previously. They offered to fix it for $300 plus labor. Online, the repair kit was less than $100. On top of that, one week after they left, several of my sprinkler heads were broken and this flooded my yard. I called them repeatedly and no one got back to me. Awful service and very suspect company. read more
