My installer was unable to correct, in fact they actually made things worse than when they started. I searched and found Wright-Way's web site and found reviews complementing their work. So I called. Rudy worked remotely with EG4 to get my system working again. In one hour he accomplished more than my installer did over a week's worth of on site visits. Rudy actually undid the damage the prior installer had done. Next they are going to come onsite to complete the work by resurrecting my dead battery's firmware -- they actually have both experience and a device to address this very problem. These guys know what they are doing! The best solar guys I've ever worked with in over 17 years. I just wish I had found them much sooner.

We were to repair vinyl Soffits that their installer had broken and cut through unprofessionally. There was damage to brickwork where electrical conduit ran into, was left by installer unfinished and two other poorly done installation issues. They contacted us to repair these issues, we drove one hour to the site for a minor charge of $75, which they agreed upon. They asked for extensive list of written data on each item that needed to be repaired. Then, after being sent an invoice, they stonewalled us and did not pay their invoice.

I paid a lot of money (from what I have been told more than the local rate) for a Generac Power…read moreCell system. It was PARTIALLY installed in January, and was only working at 33% capacity then. In February it quit working altogether. It has not worked at all for the past SIX MONTHS. Generac has sent out another contractor to try to fix it. They are having trouble because it was not wired correctly and they cannot figure out what Mr. Hogg did. He put some things in series which should have been in parallel. He also used 3 PV links when they say it needed at least 6. Plus those PV links were put under the solar panels, between the roof shingles and the panels where they would get hotter, when they should have been out in the open so they could "breath." Mr. Hogg often would often ignore calls, and always made excuses for why work was not timely. He said he still had work to do, then later claimed he was finished when he could not get someone to help him.. He basically quit in the middle of the job, after getting paid, leaving Generac holding the bag when he said it should be covered under the warrantee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. NOT RELIABLE, HONEST, OR TRUSTWORTY!

I am guessing that my agent was getting kickbacks because she would not step up and the Cable's rep promised the world, but delivered typical East Texas, Smith County, failure to accept responsibility or be honest. Here is an example of the quality of their work, and this is perhaps the best bit of it.. I was told repeatedly that this was the best that anyone offered... BS...
