Had appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance, appointment was at 12:30 pm. Checked in and had to…read morepay for visit when I got there. After waiting for 90 minutes (2:00pm) they call my name and I go to the back. After sitting in the chair for 15 minutes they tell me they can't do the treatment and have to reschedule for a month later. I go up front get new appointment date and they say my payment will be refunded by the end of the day and they didnt need to see my card again. Today I called to verify the refund and was told it would be 2-6 weeks because i didn't show them my card when I was leaving.
