If they need additional information from me, I would have hoped they would have been a bit proactive in clarifying. When you pay $100 for 30 minutes you hope for a level of customer service. Let's hope they take accountability for misses on their side and provide a refund.

My now-husband and I are fairly laid back people, and in the weeks leading up to the wedding, we really appreciated Keith's combination of helping us picture the night (in his MC duties), and his laid-back approach when we answered "I don't know" to several questions about what we wanted for songs at different parts of the night (turns out he had good suggestions too: "Sugar Sugar" is really fine for the cake cutting song). Also, compared to some of the other event planning/DJ vendors we looked at, he was incredibly responsive, matched our style (some of the others seemed kind of high-strung when we called them for quotes), and was well within our budget When it came to the actual wedding? He kept the dance floor packed all night. We gave him a list of songs that we thought were fun, and he worked most of them in at one time or another. Several guests remarked that night at how good he was at keeping the flow of the party going. A few guests had requests that he didn't have on him, and he would download a version of the song in real-time. Highly recommend.
