I got…read morea noise complaint from some old lady because I was talking on the phone in my bedroom at 7pm and the apartment sided with her. They ignored my email of all the crazy damage my apartment came with. No hot water. Water heater needs to be fixed or replaced. Same with dishwasher. Washing machine doesn't clean clothes somehow? It comes out of the dryer still smelling dirty no matter how much sweet lavender scented detergent I use lol. Dishes come out dirty. Water backs up in the sink. Garbage disposal broken. Valet trash that I pay monthly for never works. Internet outages and random momentary power outages happen regularly. Something with the building wiring. Roaches. Cockroaches all the time everywhere. There's so many giant holes for them to crawl from. God, I didn't even name everything but I'll just include the pics i took when I first moved in. Now I have to move all my furniture out of my apartment so they can fix the floors, outlets that don't work, yes I checked and reset the breaker.

The people in the office are incredible. Special shout-out to Nicole & Adib for being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The maintanence crew are incredible as well. This community is pet friendly with a cute dog park, as well as family friendly with a play ground and pool. I truly can not speak as highly about another community in this area. Great location, great prices, great people. Happy to be living back at the Grand!!

I…read morewould strongly advise anyone who decides to entertain the potential opportunity to reside here to look elsewhere. In short, I have never seen a properly poorly mismanaged like this one. Sure from the road a pictures online its a beautiful place on the outside, but once you've been given a tour of all the possibilities everything goes down hill. 1. The back door that leads from the clubhouse to the pool area is always locked during business hours so you always need to walk around to the front of building to get in or hope someone hears you knocking. 2. There are constantly dead roaches along the halls a stairwell. 3. The elevator constantly rattles and feels unsafe. 4. The grills as well as the fire pit inside of the swimming pool area were completely inoperable during Easter Sunday. We were told last year that there was a budget approved for new grills and nothing was installed then. As of about 2 weeks ago the pool was closed for maintenance and there was mention once again that new grills were getting installed and I was told would done before Memorial Day weekend. Today's 5/13 and absolutely nothing has been replaced or fixed regarding the grills and fire pit. 5. Lastly, I received a BS trash violation because my wife set boxes outside of our apartment temporarily to clean during the day only to have later broken them down and put into a plastic bag for pick up that same night (and yes, they were picked up). We pay $35 per month for trash pick-up only for the garbage folks to not show up when they are supposed to and I have mentioned this to the office a few times. However, we are supposed to excuse this behavior and be understanding. The list I could continue but I won't. I just know that the property manager Nick has not at all been held accountable for any of his actions or lack thereof yet as a paying resident who has never been late with rent and has paid every month prior to the 1st and in full, I cannot have fully and properly function amenities as part of my rent? Who's to be held accountable in that regard? I would strongly urge anyone considering living here to be very cautious and ask tons of questions prior to signing any lease. Unfortunately we have already renewed, but I can assure you in the future should Nick still be around we will not be here.

I lived on the first floor for half my time here and then upgraded to a space with a garage, each of these layouts had their own sort of pros about them. Personally I preferred the garage space on the second floor, the layout was super functional especially when having guests over for easier access to the bathroom space. But the first floor was great because of wood floors throughout the living area. The amenities Lantower has to offer are some of the best I have personally seen in comparison to other Apartment communities. The pool area is stunning, 3 separate pools so when there is that perfect pool day and everyone wants to go it never feels to crowded. Plus corn hole and a pool table! The gym just got renovated, always clean and I've never once went there and saw a broken machine. Thank you so much to entire crew and Nita!

The maintenance are great and very quick with any issues I've had in the past. The amenities is a plus also as the pool is always clean & the layout is nice for privacy as well. The community of people in this complex has always been friendly and helpful also so that makes day to day living a joy. I pass that along to any new neighbors I meet and keep the good vibes going. All in all I've enjoyed living here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment complex to move to.

Now before I get into it, please note I am often on the road so I don't have the pleasure of experiencing the neighborhood on a daily basis. Move in process - Fantastic, Nicole the property manager and the rest of the staff did an amazing job at answering any and all questions I had. Facilites - We have a beautiful pool equipped with fountains and a nice TV with a bar countertop, a NICE gym equipped with kettlebells, treadmills, a TV, 2 bikes, dumbbells up to 50, singular benches and medicine balls. There's a pool table in the lobby with a place to make ice coffee during work hours! There is also a trash compactor and a valet trash company that comes around and collects your garbage off your provided front porch trash can. Cons: You cant wiggle out of said valet service, you're on the hook no matter how much you use it. Living Quarter - I live in a 1 BR, no issues here either. I'm not sure of the cleanliness of the person before me but I did have a few cockroaches show their face initially, nothing a can of raid, traps and a watchful eye took care of. I've been pest free for the last year, may have PTSD from it but hey the place is clean. Ventilation could be better especially in the bathroom where mold can easily grow due to the humidity inside and out. Maintenance - These folk get their own paragraph, always OUTSTANDING in timelines and friendliness. You'll see them buzzing around on their golf cart always ready to extend a soft wave. Neighborhood Vibe - Everyone is friendly. It's fairly diverse in race and age demographics. Haven't ever had to worry about noise complaints or domestic disputes. Sometimes the smell of dog pee will be strong after a heavy rain but it dissipates quickly. The leasing office will often allow food trucks to sewing by along with blood drives! That being said... MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT WITH MY FELLOW PEOPLE LIVING HERE IS THE SPEED OF WHICH PEOPLE DRIVE IN THE PARKING LOT! I get it, we're flying home from work or the days errands, but people seem to take severe advantage of the 15mph speed limit, I firmly believe it should be 10 until common sense returns. Children playing aside because there is thankfully, a bunch of that, we all have to park. It's zero fun trying to back into a space while someone is riding your ass. A little patience goes a long way... which is a great Segway into my last issue. THE GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. I've seen the establishment make repairs to them 3 times in 2 years, just for them to immediately break down. If how folks operate their vehicles around here is any indication of how we treat the gates, it's a user issue. We're better than that, right? No safety concerns, quite a few sheriffs live throughout the neighborhood and there are cameras out front. Every so often security patrols the leasing office parking lot for an added bonus of protection for the 24 hour gym access we have. Could not be located any better. You are less than 3 miles away from any necessity or want (including medically) you could need, outside of the beach. Clearwater is 45 minutes away. Downtown Tampa is 25-30 minutes away. Traffic can be bothersome leaving the neighborhood but small price to pay for being as connected as you are. If you're on the fence, hopefully this review helps guide your decision! I'll see you soon!

The first issue involved the lease termination terms. When I signed my lease, I was offered a move-in special that included one month of free rent. However, no one explained that if I decided to terminate the lease early, I would be required to repay that free month's rent in addition to the standard lease-break fees. When I provided notice that I would be moving out, the Property Manager informed me that I would be responsible for paying two months' rent, as required by the lease, plus reimbursement of the free month that had been offered at move-in. When I explained that this requirement had never been disclosed to me, he acknowledged that it was a newer policy and suggested that it may not have been clearly explained at the time I signed the lease. I asked whether he could discuss the situation with the property owners and request a reduction of at least part of the additional charge. A few days later, he informed me that he had spoken with the owners, but they declined to make any adjustment. The second issue involved access to my garage. On numerous occasions, a truck with an attached trailer was parked in a manner that blocked access, making it impossible for me to park my vehicle inside my garage. After I raised the issue with maintenance staff, the truck was moved to a different location. Unfortunately, a large dumpster was then placed directly in front of my garage and remained there for several weeks, again preventing me from using the garage as intended. One final observation: if you need assistance from the office, I would not recommend stopping by on Fridays. In my experience, the office often closed early or was not open during posted business hours.

Coming from living in "luxury" apartments in Tampa to this one was an absolute "eye opener". Although rent prices are insane and the price we are paying for a one bedroom is in no way shape ideal, it is a beautiful community. The amenities are beautiful. The layout I love! The kitchen I love! I wish the showers were walk-ins but I've gotten used to the tubs. The A/C works just fine. We do see an occasional bug from time to time (we are neat freaks) but it's hasn't been an issue. The gym is very small and not really realistic for us. We ended up getting a membership at crunch but it is in walking distance. It's a great area. Not a lot of younger kids (in tampa you were always waking up to parties, loud cars etc) I don't have any noise problems other then sometimes when I'm working from home I hear them do lawn work but it's very quick and something I've gotten use too. Neighbors are so sweet and kind! The leasing office staff is amazing! Super sweet always address our questions and any concerns we may have. Over all it has been a pleasure living here! The only cons I have are -Pricing (wish it was cheaper but all rent is crazy) -Elevators (wish there were elevators, It's a pain walking up with groceries and we also had my mom visit and she couldn't get up the stairs easily because she is disabled) but we did choose to be on the third floor because our last two apartments we always had noise issues so with us both working from home we needed to avoid that issue. -outside there are always a bunch of spider eggs in the hallways, I haven't seen very many but the occasional one in the house but they are in the hallways so I wish they would do like a weekly maintenance thing for that but I don't complain about that Pros -Amazing layouts -Construction is awesome (upper floors have carpeting which I can imagine would help with noise issues if any) -Spacious one bedrooms -Safe community in a good area -Staff is awesome -Pool is great

So far, it's been a very difficult process. Rent is being raised over $500 per month on most units for those already living here and the new owners are pushing people out as fast as they can so they can slap a new coat of paint, some new counter tops and appliances and call it upgraded, then they will charge even more for anyone new coming in. BTW...the mold is still in the AC....so if you have allergies.... don't live here! My allergies have increased since I've lived here is all I know. Here are some other notes from my time here. 1. Unless you like living in filth, don't expect the apartments to be move-in ready. Mine was so bad that I made them give me a $200 credit for me having to clean it. 2. They use subpar padding on the carpets. Feels like you're walking on rocks on your carpet when barefoot in your own home. I made them replace mine it was so bad. 3. The occasional smell of mildew/mold in AC. 4. The jacuzzi has worked for maybe a total of 10 days since I moved in 4 years ago. 5. The pool area was ok, but as of lately it's full of trash, and rude and unruly teenagers. 6. Maintenance requests are often not easy to get done as they are severely short staffed. 7. Document what the Leasing office tells you they are going to do for you. My experience is I ask for a-b-c-d-e-f and most of the time I get s-h-i-t-o-n. I will say the location is good and convenient to many things. But I would not recommend anyone living here. If you have another option.... take it.

Although it was fixed eventually, the apartment failed to answer the phone and even the emergency line when we were without water in the evening. Our water heater was making an extremely loud noise during late hours, We were smart enough to turn it off, but for others they panicked and didn't know what to do, so it broke. If there is an emergency line, we should be able to call. There is somewhat of a mold problem. Black Mold would form in our guest bathroom toilet if not cleaned weekly. Red streaks would form in our toilet that we did use frequently, which we found out was some sort of bacteria. The faucet water is not healthy and contains lots of iron after doing some water tests, and the water is very hard. Our sink in the kitchen would constantly leak. The toilets would have a hard time flushing. Overall the plumbing was not the best. Community was kept clean, and they made sure to take care of pets poops and keep people responsible with DNA testing, which was nice. Our main issues was the plumbing and mold. For what we paid, we didn't feel like this place was as high quality as it should of been. Like I said, very pretty , the pool was great, the people at the front are nice, we just had problems and decided to leave.
