Every Avenue had a great offer on photographs and after speaking to the woman that runs the company i was assured she wouldn't do anything to ruin my special day as she herself was a bride and knew the stress that came with planning a weeding. I asked her if i could see the photographers work and she directed me to one album on the Every Avenue web page and after i paid a deposit I didn't hear from her again. The photographer contacted us and emailed me his web page and requested me a s a friend on fb. After viewing his web page i broke down in tears, it was full of glamour and very unsubtle poses of BBW models and had 2 wedding albums and a family album thrown in between them. I showed others his web page just to make sure i wasn't over reacting and they too were horrified and said they would never have that photographer at their wedding and I could no way allow him to display pictures which would have included pictures of my child on that website. I contacted Every avenue and was told under no circumstance would my deposit be returned as all her photographers do glamour and she has now told him (at my suggestion) to change his website (which hasn't been done) she told me 16 people had requested the same date as me and she turned them down so it was basically tough, even though i had explained i wouldn't be able to afford another photographer without it. I suggested to her that if so many people had requested the same day as me then maybe she would agree to return all or partially my deposit if she could get the day filled and that she knowingly knew of this photographers website and even though i had asked her for the details of his website before she with held the information from me just to make a sale as we both knew if i had seen that website i wouldn't have booked. I've heard nothing from them since. This company is just up for grabbing your money and running so be careful. Anyone who wants to see the messages as proof off all the above I have kept them on record. Not even an apology to my last email even though told her that because of this I can no longer have a photographer at my wedding. i wish someone had written a review before but they have only been trading since last year so I'm assuming no one has used them yet, so take this as a warning, spend your money elsewhere if you have problems they don't care as long as they have your money that's all they care about. read more
