He is 100% reliable, shows up when he says he will and doesn't leave until the job is finished and finished right! We are always surprised how low his invoices are, in fact we think he undercharges us! We make our living with vacation rentals/AirBnB properties, and he is our ONLY choice for the two in Central Florida. I don't think the boat garage was cleaned in 30 + years and it was covered in cobwebs. When we would have guests over, I would clean the sliding glass doors, however it still looked like a Halloween set in there. I thought about pressure washing the inside, but since the ceilings and walls are made of wood, I was a little hesitant. Until one day, we planned on hosting our family from overseas and I just kept thinking of how embarrassing it would be to have them see this. Plus, it would be nice to have the vinyl exterior of our home, that was covered in algae, cleaned as well. I jumped on thumbtack in search of a pressure washing company. Since we've never contracted anyone to pressure wash my home, I made sure to request a few quotes. Khoi, immediately contacted me and fought for our business, offering his competitive pricing, knowledge and how he would clean our cobweb infested boat garage. He was ready to work and offered to start right away. We were willing to give him a try and boy we're we impressed. Not only did Khoi clean our home and boat garage, but he also went above and beyond and cleaned our driveway, sidewalk, boat ramp and fence! He said he wanted to treat our home like it was his own. We were more than pleased on how he detailed everything with love and care. He didn't even take a break! Once he was finished, our home looked beautiful, and the boat garage looked amazing! We appreciated Khoi's work so much, that after the cleaning we kept in contact with him about other services we could use around the house. There was even a time when we left the country before hurricane Helene hit and we're freaking out about not having our home ready. Khoi was our hero; he was there ready to help and offered his services to clean and secure the outside of our home. He has earned our trust and is a very hard worker. He offers a wide range of service and if he can't do the job, he'll know who can. Moving forward, Khoi is our go-to-man.
