His price was very high, he demanded a deposit of half the money to pay for his materials. (first insight to the crooked business practices, that he needs to be paid money before beginning the job). after a discussion of the price, he agreed to remove one gate and adjust the price. He then continually mentioned the discount and berated my 70 yr old mother about this for over a week while working on the fence. At the end of the job, he attempted to get back some of the discounted money by charging $270 for 3 hours of root removal. This is $90/hr. He never discussed or mentioned additional cost required to remove roots. Tom and his crew showed up partial days or not at all at times. When asked approximate time to complete the fence, he stated " that he will not be told how to conduct his business". Based on his crooked practices of doing business, I think someone should teach him how to conduct business. If you are looking to for an overpriced, rude, scammer to complete your fence, look no further. Beta- omega construction is definitely a joke of a company and should be ashamed of the way they treat elderly citizens of the Ponca community.
