What I ordered online... not exactly what I got, see rest of my images. It was like a design recommendation/suggestion.
Helene L.

Flowers are beautiful either way, but caution you may not get the exact image from what you purchase online. I hate giving negative online reviews- so here are my facts: 1. Purchased Sunday 12:02pm through Alum Rock Florist. To delivery following Monday was my earliest option. 2. 1/2 star off- Online says if you order before 1p it can be same day delivery, and that was not an option for me. 3. 3 stars off- wrong delivery time/person and flowers. First delivery was on Tuesday to recipient, except the flower design, vase name and address on card was not correct. Flowers had the essence of my order, but not on it either. 3 stars off- 4. Plus 1.5 stars- customer service. Called Wed AM, and Meem was apologetic, and he said he would rectify this and send flowers by end of day with upgrade. 5. 1 star off- color design was off! 2nd delivery was Wed PM, correct recipient and address but flower design was not as envisioned. The online image was like a suggestion, color design was off. And the card was noted from Evergreen's Blooming Florists. Upside, the blooms were nice and tight, I hope that translates to a longer bloom. 6. They picked up the incorrect flowers from day prior. Recommend: only if you are super flexible on what flowers and design you get.

I was surprised with a delivery of flowers for my birthday. The bouquet was ordered by our of town family. It delivered on Wednesday and it's still looking good. The pictures are of day of arrival and today. I'm very happy with them. I will definitely use them if I need flowers locally.

Local love, got these as a birthday present from some coworkers earlier and looked up the company based on the phone number, it arrived fresh, beautifully arranged and made my house smell nice. It arrived in time and didn't have any problems, it was nice reading my personalized message from my coworkers and I'm shocked the overall rating for this company is so low. Worth supporting, maybe it was easier for me because it's San Jose to San Jose, I would use them to gift flowers to other people.

These flowers are sad looking, very droopy and half bloomed. Poor quality, don't waste your money. Stems arrived broken, leaves were old brown and weathered. Costco has way better quality for 1/5 of the price. This is hands down the worst quality floral delivery I have ever seen. The whole arrangement is lopsided. This was supposed to have more flowers, but instead they just added a whole bunch of half dead greenery. This was definitely not what was pictured!

"Birthday sparkle bouquet"

UTTER CRAP. Why are online vendors using this POS florist? I ordered the premium Birthday Sparkle Bouquet from Teleflora.com: "Make their special day sparkle! Surprise them with this beautiful bouquet of orange roses, fuchsia stock and pink carnations. The luxurious gift is hand-delivered in a shimmering metallic cube with intricate cutouts that later transforms into a gorgeous candleholder! This colorful mix features orange roses, orange spray roses, fuchsia stock, pink carnations, spiral eucalyptus and lemon leaf.Delivered in Teleflora's Celebrate in Style Cube. Orientation: One-Sided" What I got was 2 roses (1 wilting) a few lilies (2/5 wilted) and some chrysanthemums and carnations with cheap ass ribbon to fill the space. I am really hoping someone messed up the order and gave me a different one. Check out the pictures. So not worth the $100! Wouldve been easier to go to costco for 1/3 of the price for something better than THIS POS. Update: Yelp removed the stock photo of the bouquet I ordered. But you can easily find it on Teleflora.com Grrrrrrr!

birthday flower delivery - 3 days later the small garden roses are wilting/dying but overall pretty presentation.

I can't speak to the order process or what the flowers cost because I was on the receiving end. My sister ordered flowers for my birthday, I received the delivery the day before. 3 days later some of the small garden roses in the bouquet are wilting but flowers don't last forever.

This is what I wanted

I ordered a get well teddy bear an flower through From You Flowers and it was sourced through this florist. First, I paid for delivery within 4 hours, got an email that they were delivered when they were not. Then I was on customer service multiple times and they couldn't get a hold of the florist. They finally showed up the next day and it was missing the extra balloons I paid for. The delivery man tried to say I only paid for 1 balloon when I paid $25 for extra balloons. Then it was not even remotely close to the picture that was advertised. Kind of a joke when it was delivered and it missed the moment because it was late. Very dissatisfied.

If there was the option of half a star, that would be the appropriate choice. Granted I did order through Proflowers, unsure of which florist would be doing the delivery but my goodness I had never had this issue before with them. I placed my order for same day delivery (5/2), before 1 pm, only to not have my flowers delivered nor any type of update as to why they werent delivered. I called customer service only to be told that they would try contacting the florist and have them delivered the next day (5/3). Come Sunday, (5/3) there was still no update in regards to my flower. I called customer service again to be told that they called the florist and they werent delivered due to their truck breaking down. A call to paying customers would have been nice and polite. I was then told that my order would be upgraded due to the inconvenience at no charge to me. Around 1:20 pm I got an email that they had been delivered, which I asked the recipient to verify only for her to say they were not. She even went around to ask her neighbors. I called customer service a 3rd time for them to say they couldnt get a hold of the florist. I finally went on twitter to get an email and they were more efficient on answering. Finally the flowers were delivered... only to be what I did not order! This was a bouquet that was priced at $55 plus taxes, same day delivery, and other handling fees. I think this is a huge rip-off due to not only having to track down the flowers but also to not get anything close to what I ordered. This is at most a basic $12 bouquet that you could get last minute because everything else was taken. Horrible service for not calling customers to update on delivery disruptions and horrible service on flower arrangements. I understand COVID-19 is affecting a lot of companies but this seems to be a repeated patter for them. Next time I won't be ordering through the company nor dealing with this company directly. (I also have expressed my concerns with the company itself).

What I ordered.

One star would even leave a customer disappointed. Ordered a get well gift to be delivered yesterday. Got a notice it had been hand delivered when no one had shown up to deliver anything. Three phone calls to Teleflora and 27 hours later something was delivered. Poor quality to say the least, and they look like they stopped off at Lowe's or Home Depot and picked up something from their clearance rack and set it on top. Couldn't even take the time to actually place it inside the container. And the guy who delivered it couldn't even bother to put an actual shirt on. Tacky!

Day one for the arrangement and flowers are yellowed, dropping and browned. Such a horrible product.

We used FlowerShopping.com to order a funeral arrangement. Everything's Blooming was the vendor and we were thoroughly disappointed. Here's an excerpt from the complaint letter sent to FlowerShopping.com: "The problem being that the florist used a minuscule font, which was barely legible until taking a picture and zooming in. It's absurd that we could easily see their request for a yelp review, which overshadowed my message. We also did not pay particular attention to this arrangement, as it was quite pitiful looking and quite an embarrassment. I ordered white flowers arranged in greenery and received yellowed flowers with edges that were already browning. Many of the blooms had already began to drop, with some limping over near its end. Aside from the quality of the blooms and foliage, I must say the arrangement was grossly constructed. It had looked like it was made, in a children's crafts class. I don't know how any professional could stand behind this and deliver it." I don't plan on using this website or local florist in the future.

The photo on left is what I ordered, the photo the right is what they delivered! SMH, so horrible! Not even the same color scheme!

Ordered what I had hoped would be a beautiful flower arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day and it was just delivered. It's looks NOTHING like what I had requested . The picture I am posting tells it all. I will never order a arrangement from here again, I am so upset and disappointed!

still going strong 3 days later!

I don't usually receive flower deliveries (I've got a bit of an allergy) but I received a lovely floral arrangement the other day and have gotten so many compliments from my co-workers! The delivery person was very accommodating - our offices are super spread out and when he delivered to the main office, which is pretty far from me, they asked if he would take them to another location instead which he did. The flowers are beautiful. I'm shit at taking care of plants and hadn't even put any water in them until this morning (it was empty - oops) and they are still really pretty despite my best efforts :) Thank you!

Day 1- Sick roses on the first day I received them.
Sunny S.

For a play-by-play picture story, see the photos. I do not write bad reviews nor do I give 1 stars unless a business is probably one that shouldn't be in business (i.e., health code violation, egregious business practices). However, Everything's Blooming has won the medal for a 0 star review (not an option here, so I gave it 1 (the service was good)). Do NOT order from here. And if flowers.com, 1-800 flowers or ftd flowers uses this company as a vendor, BEWARE because you'll get terrible flowers (but great service (see service review below)). LOW-QUALITY ROSES (0/5): All roses are NOT made equal. I'm not an expert on flowers, but I do know a good bouquet from a bad, sick, old/aged/reject bouquet. The bouquet I received was terrible on all kinds of levels. (1) I received flowers with a nasty white film on its green leaves (it was a white, crusty, cracked and unhealthy film that sick or rotting leaves have). (2) The roses were wilted with BLACK petals that looked like they were singed to the point they were dying (it was as if I got the old, leftover roses and someone had burnt the petals with a torch). (3) The leaves I received were brittle, dry and had those sick brown/yellow spots on its leaves (i.e., crumbling and falling off). This bouquet was obviously diseased and these flowers and leaves should never have gone out of the store. I did receive a new bouquet (see below under service review), but those roses didn't even last 5 days! I've had roses last me more than a week- still gorgeous, standing tall and fragrant. After 5 days, my roses have wilted and are begging to be thrown away. These roses are just not quality roses. I don't know where they get them, but they were a huge disappointment and definitely NOT worth the price my bf had to pay on V-day. POOR PRESENTATION (0/5): When I received my roses in the office, I didn't receive any complements AND my secretary said I should close my door because even she recognized that my bf and I were shafted. My secretary was so mad that she was going to call and complain to Everything's Blooming. When I received the replacement flowers, my secretary said, "Okay, NOW you can leave your office door open." How embarrassing for the florists to deliver such terrible flowers that even outsiders upon a cursory inspection comment that they're horrible! POOR QUALITY INSPECTION (0/5): These are the roses I got on VALENTINE'S DAY. The bf ordered 18 long stemmed roses for a high premium and I got 11 roses (what florist would put 11 roses? that's such an odd number!), with no baby's breath and poor quality. Obviously the people who "approved" of sending this arrangement on V-Day were wearing major beer goggles. POOR ARRANGEMENT (0/5): Have you ever seen a weedwhacker get all crazy on shrubs? Or ever seen an overgrown lawn with weeds growing willy nilly? Yes? Then you've also seen my flowers! The 11 roses were stuck in my bouquet like weeds-- going every which way, no arrangement whatsoever, no central focal point (i.e., a nicely arranged, lovely bouquet of roses growing from the center). I think flower arrangement is an art and it takes skill. This arrangement looked like a two year old put it together with no skill whatsoever. So sad. SERVICE (5/5): To William and Kristin's credit, I did receive a new bouquet of roses (18 long stemmed roses with baby's breath) and their understanding and sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. I only wanted my bf to be credited the missing 7 roses, but they graciously offered to replace my flowers and delivered them within 5 hours. REPLACEMENT BOUQUET (3/5): The replacement bouquet was nice. Now THOSE are the type of flowers I'd pay a premium for on V-Day. But alas, after 5 days, they're in terrible condition, even after I gave them food, fresh water and trimmed the stems. After four days, the roses had an unpleasant, foul smell--the kind that rotting roses smell like. It definitely did not smell like a garden after a couple of days. It truly is the quality of flowers from this business. What a huge disappointment and let down. WHAT COMES WITH YOUR V-DAY FLOWERS: Red vase (the red color comes OFF the vase, so don't get it on your hands and be careful when you wash the vase. it's poor quality and CHEAP!), roses (you'll probably be missing half your order of roses, so check it out!), green leaves, baby's breath (maybe), NO plant food and a little card with a message. Typical but worse because you'll get the reject flowers. AFTERMATH: I'm not big on flowers, but I am a huge proponent of justice and fair dealing. If someone pays a premium for over-priced flowers on a holiday, then the purchaser deserves to get what he/she pays for. My bf paid $$$ for flowers and he did not get what he had paid for. From the recent 2010-2011 reviews, it looks like there are many dissatisfied customers too. I think vendors should think twice about using this company. They'll drive away your business!!

Poor quality roses. Not Fresh. Notice the little white flowers? They were supposed to be purple!

My brother might know the owners or something - can't recall. I believe he got her the -- Love You to the Moon Bouquet -- looking at the sample photo anyways. I've been purchasing their arrangements since 2022. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. At the end of the day, I was simply told, "Sorry, we are sold out." As a result, I wasted time, and more importantly, the person I wanted to surprise was left without flowers. Because of the lack of communication, I was left in uncertainty and couldn't implement an alternative plan in time. This level of communication and organization is unprofessional. Situations like this can seriously disrupt customers' plans.

Let me just say first, Ruby was so amazing to work with! From the start, Ruby was informative, thoughtful, and flexible. I appreciated her expertise and advice when it came to wedding florals. We booked Ruby a year in advance and throughout that time we chatted about my vision for the wedding. Ruby helped me narrow down a color palette and was patient with me as I changed my mind about the color closer to the wedding date. The biggest ask of Ruby was to execute the arch of flowers and I can't believe how stunning it turned out to be. She completely understood what I wanted and made it happen. We also ordered two aisle markers, which got reused in front of the sweet heart table. All the round tables had candles, bud vases, and a wreath of Italian ruscus. My bouquet was colorful and vibrant. All my bridesmaids were given a singular bouquet that featured a flower from my bouquet. As they all have a piece of my heart. My husband had a pocket square boutonniere. The groomsmen had boutonnieres on their lapels. We also did a boutonniere for my grandparents and officiant. She was mindful of my budget and recommended multiple options when it came to what I could do for arrangements and set up. She was on site for set up and was such a trooper for setting everything up a bit of venue chaos. Ruby is a wonderful florist and we would love to work with her again in the future for different events and celebrations. We also look forward to recommending her to every bride and groom. Thank you again, Ruby! My bouquet has been dried nicely and is hanging up in my office now, it is an heirloom I am going to keep forever.
