Horrible facility. I flew half way around the world to see my grandfather who was in critical condition. I had some questions for the doctor and was told to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes and the doctor would be right out. 45 minutes later, a doctor comes out wearing a skirt who was not even dressed like a doctor, and says I need to make an appointment to come back the next morning even though I had a few brief simple questions that she rudely would not answer. You've been paid thousands of dollars and this is how you speak to your customers? My grandfather died later that night in the early AM so we could not have our appointment. HORRIBLE!
