(I figured any place would for a phone that is 7yrs old) It came in and was quick and easy to replace. That night I realized my phone wouldn't take a charge. I brought it back to them they worked there magic and got it functioning like new again. Great customer service. Being without a device we sadly relay probably to much on these days was very stressful and they went above and beyond to get me going again!!!

really terrible communication with the customer. i Dropped two phones for some tricky data transfer…read moreand was told they would call when they determined if the transfer was possible. They confused the passcodes so they were unable to even start and yet they didn't bother to contact me for clarification. No call for 5 hrs. I called to check on the progress and was able to give them the code (again). Next day...no call. I called at 1:30 and was told it would be ready in 1 hr, maximum 2 hrs. .... 3 hrs later, no call and approaching closing time ...I go there. They had done nothing because they didn't have the iCloud pssscode.......again, no effort to contact me for that information. I took my phones and left. 2 DAYS wasted. Not sure if they can competently repair phones...... they don't competently run their business .

(The red undertones were cranked so hard the girl in my art looked battered) It looked like a weather radar. She then made excuses about how she just got back from vacation and she did not have time to work on my order! HELLO! I'm a paying customer and this is my FIRST time here! Thanks for the great experience, NOT! Also she had my "terrible" prints stacked with no protection... which sucks because thats how they get scratched. She took 6hrs and wasted my day to crank the saturation up in a 2 min process that even a 4 year old child could do.... Wow....
