Aug. 29th, 2016…read more **Unprofessional and rude behavior. ** I am giving one star for one woman who does a pilates class here and claims to be a physical therapist. I never even got into the class actually, because she " forgot" to tell me I needed an orientation before I attended and after I arrived at the class, on time actually. She knew I was coming - had been told 3 weeks in advance and then again 3 days in advance. She had my phone number. This instructor arrived at 8:45 for the 8:30 class - I had been warned about this by a friend. I told her I had a total hip replacement 6 months prior but had received an okay from my surgeon to do pilates. She promptly showed me certain movements I could NOT do. Strangely these were the EXACT exercises I began immediately after surgery and continued to do for 3 months 3 times a day. When I mentioned that to her she responded: "I am physiotherapist, you know?" Whatever. I was glad I didn't get into her class after that. Now apparently her husband is doing it while she is busy elsewhere. I sure hope she is learning the basics about exercises for total hip replacement because she knows nothing. Buyer beware.

04/27/16 I stopped by there today on my lunch to see about getting a membership since I work so…read moreclose to the Fruitridge Avenue Facility. I walked in front door and girl was in the office on the phone. She looked right at me and turned her head away...not a smile or wave to acknowledge I was there. I stood and waited and part of her PERSONAL conversation floated out to me...so I KNEW I was not a priority at all. I spoke with a nice lady who walked in to work out and asked her about the facility and explained to her how I'd been treated by this young woman. She told me what she could about the facility which was very nice of her to take the time to help me...AND SHE WASN'T GETTING PAID TO HELP ME! Well I stood there for about 10 minutes and 5 of those minutes the young lady was off the phone. She never approached me standing right outside her office door to welcome me in any way. I finally left and decided I UNDERSTAND WHY EVERYONE IS JOINING PLANET FITNESS IN TERRE HAUTE! Kris
