Though, she was nice, I didn't see her credentials anywhere in the office and she did not wear gloves throughout the whole process. I find that a little concerning. Also, she had regular sheets covering the bed. I would have preferred disposable covers for the bed. She had wipes on the side table by the bed which again I don't know if it was sanitized because I'm sure other people have used those wipes to clean up. I am giving her 3 stars because like I said, she is very nice but I think she should wear gloves and probably have a more sanitary process in place to reassure clients that everything is clean.
