Because we had a large delivery of nearly $2,000 worth of items, we paid extra for delivery. After they dropped everything off and took off we realized that they pulled and delivered multiple incorrect items. The items were correct on the receipt, but they simply brought the wrong stuff. Everyone makes mistakes and if they had come out and made the exchange with the corrected items it would have been fine, but they refused. We really tried. We talked with the manager, the driver, the guys we placed the order with, but they would not come back out to replace. They made us go back in there to make the exchanges. We had to borrow a truck and get everything incorrectly dropped off loaded into the truck and make the journey ourselves to make the exchange. No one was happy about this on our end. We lost time and we lost money when the workers had nothing to do because Smith Supply dropped off the wrong materials. This is really poor business and we all decided it was our last time purchasing from this company for any of our future projects or needs. We did not find them honest nor anyone we would want to buy from again. There are too many great companies to buy from and this was a really negative experience for all of us.

They always show their Texas charm and helpful ways to complete a project. Not one time in twenty years have I got any lip from any of the employees for not knowing what I was needing for a job I wasn't sure I could even do. The owner Mr. Smith taught them well and must be keeping them happy too since they seem very content in their work. It is the #1 place I go to for hen scratch, plumbing supplies, fencing and look forward every spring for vegetable plants to mull over. It's nice to have a keeper right here in town for hardware and supplies, a local gem. Thank you all for your service!

This time we're were assigned to WCU, Brendan. And we're so grateful. Brendan showed up very next day and repaired our fan in A/C unit. He is very professional, friendly, funny and wonderful person. We're so relief and most important our cat is happy, and chilled! Thank you WCU Services! Update. Very next day our stuborn A/C broke again. I called to WCU office, spoke with Teressa, she was great. I had filled the gas tank before they picked it up and yet they charged me over $7 for gas I had not asked for. The day of friendly neighbors is gone now it's only how much can I charge and for what reason without explanation.
