He's an absolute gentleman to deal with -- quick to respond, straightforward, and clearly someone who takes real pride in his craft. Attempted to purchase a re-manufactured EBCM w/JL4. They don't answer phone calls, and communicate by text or email only. When asked specific questions, the replies either don't answer the question, or don't make sense - not to mention the misspelling, - and that's if you get a reply at all. read more
