We are in the military and have used many carpet cleaning companies around the US. We have 3 pets (cat + 2 large dogs) and 2 kids (potty training age and infant). We only rented this house for a year, but by the time we were ready to move out you could see outlines of all the furniture and the carpet was 10x darker in high traffic areas. Joe was so knowledgeable on what works and why. He didn't try to upsell you on nonsense and he graciously gave me some discounts after discussing all the rugs and carpet needs. I rented a 1900sq ft house and ~1500 of it was carpeted. I knew this was going to be a dirty job. I even saw the water being drained after he was finished and let's just say red clay dirt is not pet friendly. I warned Joe that this isn't our first rodeo with renting and landlords often try to take our deposits. They claim that the pet odor is still too strong or they need us to pay for more cleanings (one made us clean 3x). He promised the carpets would look better than before we moved in and he was right!! I got a phone call that same week saying they were going to return our deposit and they were so thankful for how well we took care of their house. Mind blown is an understatement. In fact, Paul Davis is an intermediary; they have no their own maintenance workers. They take the contract from insurance and then hire the cheapest handyman they find (some of them with no stable jobs, just hired by day) of course to make big profits. Their work is slow, low quality and expect you to pay a part to move faster. Never ever hire these guys!
