They sent three inspectors (of decreasing size, according to them) and none were able to access the crawlspace. I know for certain the last person never tried because the area around the access was completely undisturbed, not a leaf or stick moved. They also didn't try to use other methods to complete the WIR, such as fiber optics or line of sight inspection. The worst part was their lack of communication. They never called me to report the problems; they waited until I called them to inform me the WIR could not be completed over, and over, and over. Now with one week to the closing, I have to find another company to do the WIR. I will never use this company and won't recommend them to anyone. Shame! When they were S&S they were responsive; now, not so much.
