A young lady then called my daughter back for her initial eye check and kindly allowed both my husband and me to join in the room. She was so sweet and gentle with my daughter, helping her feel comfortable throughout the process. When it was time to see the doctor, he also welcomed us into the exam room. He was very patient, kind, and gentle, making sure my daughter understood the questions and instructions during the tests. He also took the time to explain the results clearly and thoroughly to us, which we greatly appreciated. Afterward, we chose frames, and the front desk staff was incredibly patient while my daughter picked out her first pair.
