The teller said that she didnt feel comfortable, which I can understand and respect, and the lady that did it the prior week said that she would do it, so then the first teller said that she would do it, and when I gave the amount of money I wanted, she became uncomfortable again and ended up getting someone else in the bank to tell me that they were not going to do the transaction. If you are going to have standards that you are going to follow, then make sure that you communicate those to everyone and ensure that everyone is following them. It is when you change your process after you have already been doing something that causes frustration.
