Customer Service is the ABSOLUTE WORST; I have had them for about 11 months now, I have had about 3 hours of labor, 10 hours of phone calls, about 10 visits into the actual building and they even backed into my garage. Company does not care about your wallet, they're just concerned about their own. If you're thinking of switching over to them save yourself the hassle that I've been going through and DON'T! I have had a faulty gauge that they have known about for 9 months... STILL faulty and dont' know what the CORRECT reading on my tank is. Have ran out on a Saturday when it read 25% because of it. read more
