Jameson, who runs the carpentry/non-roofing side, has acknowledged those Q.C. expectations. He has kept me well informed of all progress and we regularly discuss decision points together. I don't know how many ongoing projects he has, but know that Jameson will make you feel as if you are the priority. Jed, the estimator for the roofing side, was my introduction to the company. He found sufficient wind damage from previous storms to justify a free (to me) roof replacement to my insurance. Insurance paid $18K for the roof as a preventative measure!
