1/5 -- The Worst Job I've Ever Seen - Borboy / Juan…read more I trusted Borboy (Juan) with my car for ceramic coating and tints, and the job he delivered was nothing short of a disaster. * Tints: Covered in bubbles, full of debris, and scratched. The edges are sloppy and look like they were cut in the dark. * Ceramic coating: Patchy, streaky, and he completely missed spots. The surface wasn't even prepped -- no clay bar, barely any paint correction, and he literally coated over dirt, bugs, and environmental debris stuck to my paint. * Work ethic: He clearly rushed the job with zero pride or attention to detail. When I confronted him, he promised to fix it. That was the last time I heard from him. Now he ignores every call and message. This was an awful, unforgettable experience -- and not in a good way. Moe -- who clearly has no clue how to run a business -- never called me once. I had to track him down like a bill collector just to get basic updates. When I finally got him on the phone FOUR DAYS later, he had an attitude, like I was inconveniencing him. By 4/12/25, I was so fed up I showed up unannounced. And there was my car -- untouched -- while they happily worked on other cars. Moe, being the snake oil salesman that he is, fast-talked me AGAIN with more empty promises about it being ready "next week." No call. No apology. NOTHING. They just left me stranded without a car and expected me to be okay with it. They will LIE to your face, dodge your calls, make excuses, and waste your time without a second thought. Moe is a fast-talker who will try to charm and distract you instead of taking any responsibility for the garbage service they provide. And if that wasn't enough, one of his own workers called my car a "piece of shit" -- and Moe had the nerve to send me that in a text message like it was totally fine. Absolutely DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. I spent money on a rental car for weeks because they couldn't deliver what they promised. When I finally picked up my vehicle, it wasn't even fixed right -- things were dangling loose. I had to sit there for OVER AN HOUR while they half-assed a patch-up job. Bring up the issues to Moe and he acts like you're the problem, huffing and puffing instead of fixing the mess they made. This place is a SCAM. They don't care about your car, your money, or your time. They'll sell you dreams, steal your cash, and leave you with headaches. I wouldn't let these people work on a lawnmower, let alone a car. Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere else.
