Sometimes you have to wonder where our tax dollars really go??? Anyway, a sweet lady named Kim helped me. She quickly fixed my problem and apologized on behalf of the state. She went above and beyond and met AAA needs that I didn't even know I had. I was able to upgrade my service and add my husband and daughter. She spent time explaining all the perks of their credit card to me. Once I pay off my others I will definitely be switching to this one. I also now know that I can plan a vacation and there are multiple payment plans. This is the type of customer service so many companies are lacking now a days. Sandra promised a response back within 3 days. We are now at two weeks and still haven't heard anything - missed out on a 10k sale as we all booked through a private travel agent. AAA is worse than the DMV, the people that work there don't care at all.
