Hubby and I have popped in here from time to time. As a couple it's a little less intimidating then going to some of the adult stores located in the downtown neighborhood of our city. The building itself is very plain, as not to draw attention to the fact that you're going in to buy something naughty. It's been a few years and boy have sex toys really advanced! Some of those dolls are unbelievably realistic! I bet they're scooped up by single men, especially during this pandemic. Product selection is vast, something for whatever gender you identify as and fetish you might have. Also more tamed down products for couples that just want to add a little spark. There's a long time female employee at the register which is nice if as a female you need some guidance. But there's male employees too. I don't know if I personally would feel comfortably shopping alone (safe yes, comfortable probably not) as most of the customers were (surprise!) men, but we also weren't the only couple. Prices for lotions and potions were higher than I'd like to spend, as were some other items I'd rather not mention. 2 minutes ago Speaking strictly about the new smoke shop: if you like weed, sure. This is an ok place. A whole mountain of glass shit, lots of hemp products (of one brand, primarily). No tobacco at all, which is a problem in and of itself, but the absolute lack of any traditional tobacco products is just... disappointing, especially considering they had wooden pipes on their billboards. There were two "wooden pipes" and both were incredibly poorly made and featured what looked like paint not only on the outside, but the INSIDE of the bowl. I mean. Come on. It wouldn't have been so disappointing if they hadn't advertised themselves as a tobacco shop. No one is fooled. No one smokes tobacco from a glass pipe or a bong. Guess i still have to go to wyomissing for my bcas and navy flake. And pipes for that matter. Oh! I almost forgot! All they had for cleaners were 6 inch sof bristle pipe cleaners. That's all. Just... so disappointing if you're a tobacco smoker instead of a pot smoker. Also, having some wierdo rush me at the door demanding i "sanitize" on my way in is just... ugh. read more

I went to the store a week ago curious about the business. I had found the store online listed as an adult Theater and smoke shop but I couldn't figure out if there were any rooms. I didn't want to bother the staff about it as I was a bit embarrassed. I'm still rather new to buying myself adult products so I'm a bit uncomfortable altogether with things. when I first started coming to this particular store because of how inviting it felt, how the workers gave a judgement free feel and their overall helpfulness. But this time was different. this was my 3rd time. The cashier named Lindsay was horribly unfriendly and downright rude. It was a struggle just to get stuff from behind the counter. Lindsay in question acted like I was bothering her for making my purchase And I had zero help on the salesfloor while she and another worker had a very loud conversation about how they hated working and how they didn't take shit from anyone, whilst dropping F bombs almost every other sentence. I've purchased from here several times, but only due to lack of other options. Their Camp Hill/York locations definitely have better selections and customer service. The employees here can be oblivious and condescending, especially when considering how helpful employees of the other locations have been. Like just last week, an employee whose name rhymes with "Krista" approached me probably with the intention of being helpful but just came off as overbearing and rude. I have always had a great experience at excitement video till this past time but I would like to add that the staff is always very friendly which is the only reason i had given two stars. I had went there with a friend specifically looking for a vaporizer that could suit my specific needs which i made very clear to them what i had needed and what substance it would contain to make sure that i was getting a pen that would work for what i was going to be using it for. The one woman was not sure since she only works once a week so another woman came over to help us and we were all talking as i was torn between two pens. The one i knew for sure would work since my friend had it but they told me the other was brand new and that it would work even better for my purpose so after being not sure i trusted them since ultimately i thought they would know best since they work there, unfortunately i was wrong. I had googled it and figured it would not heat my cartridge to the right temperature so after screwing it on i was sure it did not heat it up and that the employees were not right or knowledgeable about what pen would work for me. After being told to keep my receipt in case it didn't work i then took it back within the 7 days only to be told that i can't return it since the package was open, screwing the cartridge on also did not mess with the pen and dirty it in any way nor did it require me to even use the mouth piece. I no longer feel safe going off of the employees word since they were wrong and then i ended up having to pay for the other pen that i was deciding between and have no use for this pricy pen which i was convinced would work. They always seemed to have great customer service so it was unfortunate to know that i could not get any return or exchange since it was open even though i was told i could return as long as i had my receipt, $50 later and a lesson well learned. read more
