And their professionalism and smiling service were a definite contribution to the success of the event. The bar area was set up and torn down quickly and efficiently, and the area was left clean. Here is an honest review for your business Richard. You take my money all upfront. Which was no problem to me. You told me you would send me a list of the items I need to buy for the bar. I don't get a response from you for about a week. I send couple messages and you respond back saying you didn't get the messages. Well lovely yelpers day comes for my event people are at my house at 6pm and my bartender isn't there. I call Richard and ask where my bartender is and he acts surprised as if he forgot about my event. Tells me he'll call me back. 20 min no call back. I call couple times and get sent to voicemail. Literally called about 7 times to get in contact with Richard again and finally picked up saying someone else is on the way she'll be there at 7 and he's sorry he'll give a refund. I do not order a service to be offered a refund and never get that service. If you take all my money upfront and promise me you'll send someone for that day you don't act unprofessional by completely forgetting my event even when we talked multiple times before about it. The bartender that did end up showing up did do good work and did make good tips and stayed past the time she was supposed to. So I thank you for that. But if I had someone there from the time my event started would have been much better and I would have been able to start my events with some mixed drinks like I was planning rather to start by taking straight shots and not being able to mix with other drinks later on. I do not want your refund. I don't want your sorry. As a business owner myself when I promise something I go through with it. Don't do this job if you're gonna forget about people's events. Richard worked my party the other night. It was a margarita party with guests who really know their tequila and Richard delivered without a hitch. He really knows his stuff and everybody loved his drinks. These guys have very competitive pricing and they treat you like royalty. Great looking bar counter and from what he told me, they can do huge parties of 500+ if requested. Richard even stayed and served about 45 min past our planned end time while my guests were still hanging around. I really appreciated that. Would hire again in a second. read more

I had exclusive bartenders at my company Christmas party in December at my home. Richard and Adam are great bartenders, fast, charming and funny. They brought EVERYTHING! Garnishes, ice, coolers, tons of mixers,all the alcohol and a selection of beer, wine and champagne. They also for no extra cost made us a delicious custom holiday drink called "the grinch" . They also brought an awesome bar that lit up! Really cool since the bar was set up outside in the evening. My party was about 150 people and we had 2 bartenders and a cocktail waitress. The cocktail waitress was a charming British girl who made sure everyone's glasses were full and also helped clean up! Overall...price was really reasonable for what we got and I was very impressed. With such a small station, they had anything and everything you could think of. He was very friendly and accommodating and helped me secure someone last minute. Richard was very helpful and I was looking forward to having his team bartend at our cinco de mayo party. I paid the deposit over a month before the event but unfortunately a family emergency caused us to have to cancel the event and despite giving Richard more than a month written notice I was not able to get my deposit back. Although Richard told me he would, more than two months have gone by and he has not responded to any of my requests for a status update. I never ever write bad reviews about anyone but I have been left with no choice here. I hope they spent my 245 dollars well because I certainly had nothing to show for it. Just a warning. I'm sure the services are great but do not give this man your money without some sort of written cancellation policy. At the very least he could have offered a credit for future services but he chose to take the money and lose a potential customer. read more
