Horrible experience. I made an appointment for 7:00 PM Friday (I made the appointment on Tuesday) and when I arrived at 6:50 PM most of the barbers were standing around. They made me wait for one barber who was cutting a kid's hair. The barber promised to be fast but was slower than molasses in January. The other barbers took whatever walk-ins who strolled in while I waited. The place closed at 8:00 PM while I was waiting the one barber's 7:30 strolled in. I finally left after waiting a half-hour because I didn't want a rush job haircut. If he takes 30 minutes for a kid why should I get a rush job? Avoid them. Reservations should trump walk-ins and earlier reservations should get priority over later ones. read more

I started coming here around the beginning of 2019. I get an undercut. Staff is friendly, easy to make an appointment, and reasonable with pricing. I've had two different barbers cut me there- both great. ***3 things about this place really stand out for me on a personal level. 1) Being a woman, I don't feel uncomfortable here in what is usually a "male environment". 2) On a few occasions I've had my child with me, everyone is nice and courteous. Even offering her a lollipop. 3) This is probably the biggest for me. I have Psoriasis, a majority on my scalp. Not one of the barbers that has cut me has ever made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about it. Just professionals. I drive from another town, takes about 20 minutes and I pass several other shops, but because of how I feel coming here I have no problems with the ride. read more

I took my almost 2 year old son for his first haircut today. I called for an appt and specifically asked for someone who understands curls and is good with kids. We were taken care of by Raul. He was calm, cool and collected and in the nicest way possible guided me to make the right decision on a cut for my son. Everyone in the shop was super nice and several tried to distract my little guy when they saw tears. My son cried for a minute and contently watched Raul work for the rest. Def recommend! read more

I just moved in down the block and read the reviews for Exclusive Cuts so I decided to give it a try. I went to sit down with a guy who I believe told me his name was "P" in the very last chair of the barber shop. I told him I wanted a "4 on the sides with a skin tape up and a scissor cut on top with a box out. At the end of the haircut I honestly wasn't sure what I had on the top of my head. My sideburns were completely uneven and one was cut higher then the other. He only cut behind one of my ears. And to top it all off, he put GEL IN MY HAIR BEFROE HE STARTED THE SCISSOR CUT! He then attempted to box my hair and I don't even know what to say about that. I paid the man and immediately set an appointment for a different barber shop. A complete waste of 25$ read more

Been coming here for over a year. Started off very good but now it's hit or miss depending on which barber you get and if they're in the mood to cut your hair. They show each other videos and pictures during haircuts and it can take a long time to get your haircut. This also means you have to wait long ever if you had an appointment. The worst part is that they bad mouth customers when they leave the barbershop. This happens a lot if you leave a small tip. Some of the barbers don't even want you back if you don't leave a big tip. I have heard Rob say this a few times and it has made me look for a new barber. read more

I will definitely be back with my business, my son looked so good to the point where if I wasn't his dad I would've killed to have him as my son. Girls receptionists are all friendly. My son will only go here now. Used to go to Who's next full of potty mouth barbers. Even my 10yr old son got turn off by the environment.
