Best experience I have EVER had with a lawn care company. I needed help maintaining the lawn on my mother's home after she died. I was in another state, and had already dealt with several other companies who failed to show, did not respond, etc, and one who scammed my dying mother by charging her exorbitant amounts every month for lawn care they were not even bothering to do. Executive Lawn Care responded right away, quickly got a crew out to clean up the mess the other companies had created, and kept the lawn neatly trimmed the entire time I needed their service. They communicated any time there was a brief delay due to rain, etc, and sent me photos so I could see the status of the lawn. I never once had to check up on them to make sure the job was getting done. And their rates are reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

Had a terrible time last year trying to get someone out to take care of my lawn (bad grass allergies prevent me from doing so), lots of phone calls not returned. This year one of my neighbors recommended Executive Lawn Care & they have been great! Called up to start service and now everything is online. They bill my credit card after they mow, and I can cancel anytime I want. Regularly scheduled mow days - no more waiting around to see if they show up like I did with the last company. I had a Lawn service in the Hackberry district when we moved into our new home last April. The were terrible, bad trimming, didn't clean up and the last straw after leaving a mess , left my gate open, I called and cancelled their service. I Googled and found Executive Lawn care., called talked to Steve I believe, anyway told him my experience with the other company, well it has been a Great choice. The lawn is cut the way we want, they trim and clean up and are on time, there when they say, and if something comes up, I always get a call. I just recently signed up with Executive Lawn Care and today was my first mow. First of all, signing up was very easy and the prices were great. David was very responsive in getting back to me and got me on the schedule very quickly. I had been out of town and did not realize how bad my yard was but they did a great job and really took are of me. I have a dog who is an escape artist and they even put back my fence barricade to keep him from getting out. TERRIBLE!!!! Do not use them this company is terrible. The hire lawn crews for all over they don't have their own crew so you are always getting a different crew. I've had so much damage to my fence becuase all they are here to do is get It done as fast as possible to move onto the next for money. They had a ride on mower for a little yard. The ride on couldn't even fit in my gate. This company would not respond to my messages when trying to rectify the issue. Move on - don't use them. We've used them for a year but recently cancelled as they are rough on gates and messy around pools. They've actually broken our skimmer cover twice, the first time they replaced it with a bright white one, that doesn't match and didn't replace it all this last time, which is when I canceled. I will say they are consistently on schedule but there are to many other lawn companies to deal with constant damages, albeit small. read more

I've never used a lawn company before but they answered all my questions....including the multiple emails of ones I thought of later....and arrived on time. They were even able to start on a day they're not typically in my neighborhood to accommodate my schedule. I've gotten great service so far and plan to continue using them. read more

The service is awesome. I get the grass mowed 2x/week and a VERY reasonable price. When I called to explain that my card got lost 2 weeks and I wasn't sure that my new card would be here in time to pay for the service, the customer service agent was very understanding and helped me out.
