The extra time and effort was so appreciated and it made everything that much better. Rachel stayed in contact with me from the time I booked to the day after the event to check in and see how everything with. She answered all of my questions, was super responsive and attentive, and was just such a lovely person to work with and chat to. It was such an above and beyond and personable experience - I saved her number in my phone as "Rachel Bus Boss"!
