My salesperson, Burny, (that's how he spells his name) was very informative and helped me select the best elliptical for me that was within my budget. Mike arranged for my delivery that was seamless and the delivery staff was incredibly respectful which made the entire process extremely easy. We set a time for the delivery and they were prompt. I have used my elliptical almost everyday and it has been a life saver for me during Covid because I have been VERY busy. Even though my gym has reopened I resigned from my club because the ability to workout at home has been lifechanging. When the young man came back with the shoes, he dropped both pairs on my seven-year-old grandson's lap and walked away. The lack of customer service and consideration was mind-boggling. We're from California and I've been to many Dick's Sporting Goods, but never have I had the rudeness and disrespect that I experienced at this store. On top of that they had very few choices of soccer shoes for young male children. Needless to say, I won't be back to that location.
