The masseuse was lovely and very informative but it felt more like a visit to a sports physio - he talked throughout the whole thing asking about any muscle pain etc when I just wanted to relax and doze off. The room wasn't that warm and by the end my feet were freezing (which were uncovered) and I had goosebumps. Not very comfortable. Also the noise from reception next door was quite intrusive as the walls did not go all the way up to the ceiling. I don't think I would return unfortunately.

Recently Cherry has hired another girl called Krystal, I haven't seen her work yet but I'm sure she will be just as fantastic. I would totally recommend coming here to get your nails, especially if it is for a special occasion. To get a design/pattern can range between $65-$75, however there is also the option to get a standard gloss which is roughly $35. It is very much recommend to book as they do not take walk ins. However, when we rang up, they were fully booked as well but if a client cancelled, they would call us straight away. And that someone did cancel! It was really lucky, because people usually book appointments three weeks in advance! My Mum and I arrived at 12pm on the Saturday - the girls were very welcoming and friendly and we were excited about this new brow place! Off Wax Bar is a different concept to most brow places I have been to. Usually you get taken into a private room, there's calming music playing and it's very relaxing, but at Off Wax Bar, you're half lying down in the main reception area. This means if clients are waiting for their appointments, they can see you... which I didn't enjoy. But don't worry, you go into a private room if you are getting an actual wax! Hannah did our brows and we thought she did a great job - very professional and precise. I also got a tint, which at the time was great except it only lasted a few days (unlike previous tints I have had done which lasted a week). Overall, it was a great service in terms of the brows, but I probably wouldn't pay for a brow tint again due to it not lasting. Also, while their concept of doing your brows out in the open is unique, I would much prefer a private room!

She even demonstrated what eyebrow threading was all about since I was curious. I was trying to feel brave, so ended up being talked into a lot more waxing than I had anticipated! She was so helpful and encouraging and while it REALLY REALLY hurt, my skin wasn't left all bruised as I have found in the past. She was right, I still come here. What is different is the wax they use. It is not strip wax. The hot wax is applied to your skin, it cools and becomes like a thick film on your skin at which point the beauty therapist peels it off like a plaster, no pain. It is formulated to only take out the hair, it only adheres to the hair, not your skin. That is why you should go, painless waxing, it is possible. Great professional staff too, clean facilities and private rooms. I recommend it highly.
