My supposedly ADA home has no ADA built counters, cabinets, wide doorways, and only 1 bathroom is ADA. MY HOME HAS NO, AS IN ZERO, EXTERIOR INSULATION. Not one exterior door is flush or closes completely. Team Pete took my $67,000.00 VA grant to assist in building our ADA home. Huge exterior ramps we're installed trading up 2/3rds of both front and rear yards. The VA supplies electric lifts. I recently discovered the zero insulation when we had new doors installed and a new window in our otherwise 1 small window livingroom. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR BUILDERS.
