Well, let me tell you, Great American Realty & Investments, Inc is disgracefully one of them, as I sent a detailed email to them for a listing I was very interested in of theirs, as after now spending months trying to find a suitable rental and unbelievably being asked the same repetitive questions over & over again from all the rental agents, I felt it was best for all concerned to put together a synopsis bio on me containing everything that should be needed along with filling out their initial contact questionnaire, as you just don't know any longer who gets what and who so-called doesn't. In turn and even though I always try to make it a practice of never trying to derive a demeanor from an email, text or letter, one didn't have to be a rocket scientist to immediately know their Rachel Vazquez had a snide & snippy attitude in her response, and she in fact solidified it with every other response she sent afterwards and to add further insult to injury, she disgracefully asked me questions of everything that was contained in my email, which was in fact the sole & main purpose for it. She then unbelievably states in her final response that by reading my email, which she couldn't of possibly, that she sees I have not one yet 2 pets, which nowhere in my email it even remotely states this, and this just solidified to me even greater her absolutely terrible attitude from the onset of my initial contact and the complete immature & childish ways of hers, in stating that she's blocking any future responses from me, as one would expect this from a child and not a so-called professional in a so-called professional establishment. All of the aforementioned not only spoke loudly & in multitudes of Rachel Vazquez complete nonprofessional ways, yet it also soured me greatly to ever want to do any business with Great American Realty & Investments, Inc as well. In closing, here's a couple of the many things I learned in life that has always rang very true, "you show me a bunch of lost Indians and I'll show you one screwed up Chief." & Remember, a doctor is only as good as they make you feel and Great American Realty & Investments, Inc whopping one 5 star review came from an obvious happy patient (customer), yet one must wonder, where are all the others? My family and I have been renting from Ocala Choice Realty for the last 8+ years with very few problems. And when a problem did arise, Lisa and the team from Ocala Choice Realty handled each one with complete honesty, integrity and promptness. When there was a repair to be made, Lisa would ALWAYS take care of it right away. There was never an excuse or a put off. They have always treated us with respect. Our concerns became their concerns with the home owner's concerns always held first and foremost in every situation. Although we did not always agree with some of the decisions that were made, we always considered them fair for all parties involved. Lisa and her shade tree home repair team doesn't have a clue what they are doing. From a property management standpoint she runs your property as if you are a slump Lord and the repair team doesn't do half the repairs properly which creates bigger issues down the road. Meanwhile you spend a ton of money having her team do repairs they never complete or half way do. The result is is a high turnover in tenants but then when they leave she also blames faulty repairs on them and then steals the tenants deposits opening the owner up for lawsuits. Bad karma all the way around when dealing with this LOP of a company. I would not recommend Lisa or Ocala choice if you are looking to purchase a home, to manage your property, or as a renter. I would avoid her all together as you are likely to get screwed one way or another in any business dealings with her.
