I applied for an auto loan and gave the bank the vin number for a vehicle from their dealership, but the bank notified me it was a salvage title. Sketchiest experience I've ever had. I called about a car they had listed on autotrader and verified with the lady that I spoke to about the car's history. She told me that it had been in two accidents; one mild, and one mild to moderate, but that the title was good & was not salvage. Said the air bags didn't even deploy. I drove 6 hours to the dealership to the lot with the Exotic Sales Group sign. Padlocks on all the doors, none of the phone numbers on the website working any longer. Two other customers were there looking for the person they'd been talking to all day as well; no one. Someone finally walked over from across the street and said the car was on their lot (different dealership) and told us they have several lots & websites. I asked if the car was still there, the salesman sat down with me and asked me right away if I was aware that the car had a salvage title? UH NO, I was not! I told him the lady assured me that it did not and he said "Do you know who she was because she could be fired?" I did not know her name and then he said "Oh she was just a call rep." I never even saw the car. I went to look at another car 30 minutes away since I'd already had the entire day invested and told them about what happened. As soon as I mentioned the dealership name the salesman started shaking his head and said "You NEVER want to do business with them." These people are a scam they advertise lower prices and when you get there it turns out that car has a salvage title and in a warehouse that doesn't exist. They then try to put you in a higher priced vehicle. I've seen some of their shady behavior online but I unfortunately had to waste my time by driving there to realize they're a scam read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This incredibly unprofessional "business" is a scam.  Please do NOT waste your time with them. I found their website and thought what great cars they have. I contacted a sales representative who told me the vehicle was clean,  no accidents, clean title and there on the lot. I called 4 times to verify this information with different people. I drove 4 hours to get the vehicle. I get there and have them tell me the vehicle I was looking at is at their warehouse because it's got a bad engine and salvage title. They try to sell me other cars with accidents as well at a ridiculous price. I just left,  fuming. I then decided I had to back and give them a piece of my mind. A "manager" tells me he will get me another vehicle, good condition, and even deliver it. Because he "feels awful for what happened". Luckily I knew not to trust these pricks at this point because of course he isn't a man of his word and never contacts me. These people are absolutely disgusting and cannot be trusted. So please don't waste your time on this shit hole. Every vehicle they have has been in an accident (they'll tell you it hasn't) and had a different odometer reading then what they are telling you. I guess this showroom does not deserve even 1 star rating. They don't have any good attitude and they do not know how to greed and speak to the customer. It was just yesterday that I went there to purchase car Q50 2017 model. I already booked an appointment and drive almost 200 mile to purchase that car. when ever I arrived at the store one of the sales man told me the car has been sold with the very bad attitude and I was very surprised. I can understand that who ever comes fast they will have the first priority to purchase the car but I had already booked an appointment with them. Who ever own this showroom please try to read the comments of the customer and told them how to behave with the customer with good greeting and manner. we are not here to get the free car we are here to purchase your car with our money. In Jan 2012 I decided to trade the car in. It was a 2003 CLK 550 with only 70K miles. I went into the BMW dealership and they ran the vin and told me, my car had 3 accidents on it and they wouldn't take it. No suprise. I went somewhere else and was told it had frame damage. I researched frame damage and that means the car was broken possible totaled and glued back together. There are cases where frame damage cars fall apart. LOL. So I went to dealership after dealership until I found one who would take it. I will never purchase a car from a used car dealership again. Good place. Whatever they post online IS on their lot [with some dealers, this is not the case]. Very difficult to negotiate the price..in my case it was actually impossible. They wouldn't lower it AT ALL. The car was at a good price anyway though. People were friendly. They walked us through the whole buying process, and even included a lifetime warranty. ITS A MERCEDES! What a dealllllll!!! Oh, and we got to take the car that SAME DAY. that was awesome. Definetly go there. read more

STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY sister company name PARK OF PLACE OF NJ (500 south broad st, Elizabeth NJ) both dealers - STAY AWAY you ask what the charge for - they do not know they talk one thing, what is on paper is another unexpected charges on final paper, made a deal with then with down payment, went to pick up car in few days since some repair work needed, they increased the prices, all other charges that have been not disclosed, plus higher interest rate. everything on paper was that i did not agree, none of the guys are professorial don't get carried away with good looking cars either they have lots of problems too. be careful. go somewhere else read more

I called about a 2009 BMW Barbera Red Metallic 325i. I was told by the salesman that the car was in showroom new condition. It only had about 15,000 miles so I believed him. I traveled from Texas to New Jersey to look at the car. The car was not even close to showroom or even excellent condition. It had aftermarket fiberglass rocker panels (the pieces on the bottom of the car between the front and rear wheels) and they were both falling off of the car on the rear of the pieces. One was chipped up and had some damage and the other was heavily chipped and spit open just beneath the passenger door. The front bumper cover had some serious rash on the bottom and the damage also showed from the front of the car. The drivers door was bent out at the front lower corner and there was about a 12" dent behind the passenger door. He totally misrepresented the car to get me to travel there to buy it. I wasted alot of time to travel all the way from Texas to New Jersey based on his lies. When we sat down to negotiate a price, the price was $995 higher than he told me when I called and than what was listed on the internet. He said is was an additional dealer fee. He said he could waive it, but that I was already getting a thousand off the price so I was getting a great deal. He told me he was going to charge $450 extra to transfer the title (It costs $60 in NJ and the buyer pays this after the sale.) This place and the salesman are a bunch of crooks. This is by far the worst experience I have had with a used car sales business. Run, don't walk, from a place like this, unless you think they will treat you differenly because you are so special to them. If you see other glowing reviews, remember that they or someone associated with them could be posting the reviews, so believe them at your own risk! read more

My old car they took as down payment was left on the street in front of they're dealership so the police tow the car. Terrible service . After days and days of calling and unturned phone calls .i even drove back there from ct to get lied to my face that my license plates where on their way and never shows up every day if I get the chance to speak to a person is new story on the license plates. The best was Angelo the finance guy there actually said he could care less about the plates at this point it's not his money, this after he suggested that I drive to Brooklyn form ct to pick p the plates from their agent. So he gives me and address to go to in the morning and my plates should be there . Luckily through the power of the Internet I as able to obtain the number to m and d group who I guess does the registration as deluxe auto did to want to furnish the number. I called and the lady stated the plates were not there maybe Tom or Wednesday mind u he told to go their tomm morning and they will be ready , luckily I did not talk his word and decided to call.that would of been another wasted trip.terrible service do not buy anything here total snakes unprofessional. read more
