I enjoyed Exotic Blooms. I am a avid loyal customer who have been with them from the very beginning. I must express my disappointment because I see that the prices are all over the place... The quality is good but one thing you could count on with Exotic Blooms is that they were 100% Who they said they were... Now some of their products are to be questioned as some even has seeds, which is a little disappointing they feel because they discounted for such a low price for me as a customer. I look for value and quality and quantity at a reasonable price... Not give me what you want. That's less quality because you think I want it and I'm desperate. Also, I don't know if they're changing their growers, but there is a lot of hybrids and sativa's... Maybe this is because the area is changing but I can tell you that this is very much a turn off as it is not catering as much as it used to for patience with medical needs. They used to be extremely versed in this understanding that medical needs usually meant dominant Indica... Even though sativa says it helps with Medical. It is not truly the case when it's compared to a dominant INDICA strand. I feel that they're losing a little of their reputation with allowing these different growers to come in. With up selling... I used to look so forward to their clearance items and their telegram deals... Now everything has changed I'm wondering if they're under new management because it's just not the same... the good news is they have pretty good customer service and their drivers are good with communication. My homeboy and I like to sit on the couch with a good football game and smoke a good Indica joint from this reputable company, but now we're questioning the reputation as it seems to be leaning more towards more quantity with higher prices than remembering their customers who are on the lower and like everyone has lost their jobs! Where we look forward to a good Exotic bloom joint and a good football game at reasonable prices caring about their quality... Not just the quantity and just selling what they can to people they think is desperate. I mean if you catch them on a good day, they may have some good prices for some pretty great Dabs... The next day they told me if I made another delivery they would give me one for free so I did. I was excited when I heard they sold moon rocks but it really was not what I was expecting. On line the moon rocks are whole buds covered in hash. What I got looked more like bits of unwrapped roaches rubbed with a pinch of hash. Then it was less then 2 minutes before the guy pulled off when I call for an exchange, but he told me he was gone and couldn't come back for another hour. I called the main number and they eventually told me they don't do exchanges. It was not a great experience and the moon rocks I felt were not authentic. I definitely don't like the no exchange policy , especially since i never looked at the product before purchasing. Unfortunately I just had a bad experience yesterday. Traveled an hour into the city to pickup (which isn't really pickup, because they only "deliver" and it's a $20 additional fee). This is after I asked if they were available for pickup and delivery to which they replied yes. Had to sort that out. Ok. Told where to meet and at 3:55pm, after pushing it up from 4pm so I can catch my return train. Driver finallllllly contacts me at 4:20pm (having already missed my 4:15 return train) and tells me they'll be there at 4:35pm. I replied that that was okay, but that I was not going to pay the $20 delivery charge. The driver then got nasty over text, saying "it's not my problem," followed by "you not paying me is." At that point I canceled the order, after making the arrangements before leaving my place, traveling an hour, and waiting outside for 30+ mins for them to arrive. So....I just can't leave them a positive review. The seller (not driver) did ultimately apologize, but didn't take steps to fix the problem. I was just out of luck. read more
