I hate to write bad reviews I really & honestly do, however- Ive ordered from this site before but never for such an important occasion. I have to say i'm very upset with my purchase. I ordered a pitcher full of sunflowers as i'll provide a picture. I spent 90$ on this arrangement and the recipient received 3, yes I said THREE sunflowers!!!! they stuck some yellow roses in there which I did NOT want the description clearly says " pitcher full of sunflowers " like what the hell? IF i wanted a rose arrangement then I would have ordered one. I feel extremely ripped off and will absolutely not be calling 1800 flowers again, I mean HOW does one mess up a simple* sunflower arrangement? so upset. Clearly a false advertisement. the only thing that was legit about this was the cute pitcher. read more

I live down the block of this flower shop and never usually come here. I decided to give it a chance, so I bought an arrangement for my girlfriend for her birthday because I wanted to surprise her. I stopped by the shop on a Wednesday to choose an arrangement and set the delivery date for the following Monday. The following day my girlfriend calls me to ask if I had bought her some flowers. I was in in disbelief, so I decided to call them and ask if in fact the delivery was made. Well it turns out that the delivery was made. They ruined the surprise I had set up for my girlfriend when I clearly said I wanted the delivery for Monday. To make matters worst the owner spoke to me and she literally was trying to brush me off the phone and said she would make it up with a small arrangement which she never did. Nevertheless, I would never recommend this place to anybody. The owner clearly has no professionalism or respect to her customers. read more

I have to say these guys have the WORST customer service I have ever experience. After so many years of ordering and being let down a couple times and letting it go. I finally give up. The frustration with dealing with this place is beyond imaginable. My husband order flowers for me for Feb 13th and told them to deliver between a certain time to my job since I was due to leave at 3pm. The delivery came way after I left. The driver had the nerve to tell the night person that either he leaves the flowers with her or he will leave them outside the business door when she didn't want to accept them since I wasn't there. She called and advise me of the floral delivery in which in turn my husband called them to pick the arrangement back up. They said they would do so and never did. Same thing Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I finally get to work on Wednesday and decide to call myself so they can come pick up their now welted flowers. They advised me it will be picked up in a few. About 3-4 hours later I called again and supposedly spoke to a manager who allegedly said she sent someone over. I advised her to please let me know because the office will close at 5pm, but if they are coming I would stay and wait. She then told me "let me call you back and give you an exact time". Point is I waited until 7pm. They never showed and never called me back. Then I find out there was also suppose to be chocolates with this order. I asked the lady who was left with the delivery, and she said no such thing was delivered. Just the flowers. Here we are a week later. They still haven't picked up their now dead roses or offered to replace the order as it states in their website they will do if not satisfied. Claim they will not refund the money for the chocolates that were never received. I became so mad and frustrated that I went off! The guy hung up the phone because, like I said, I went off. After being very respectful all this time and being played like a fool, I lost it. Here is this guy over the phone claiming he wanted to see the cameras like corporate I.T has to cater to this nonsense. Your people delivered to a business. How dare you! This whole experience was damning. Absolutely disgusting customer service, no loyalty towards old customers. I am highly disappointed. People don't waste your hard earned money on them. They are not consistant with their service. It's pretty much a hit or miss with these people and they do NOT care. read more
