I think I have found my go-to nail salon. Everywhere I've been, there's always a lingering pain after getting my nails done. This is the first salon where I can easily go home and do my normal routine without feeling sore pain in my fingertips. The ladies here are welcoming and accommodating. As someone who works far, they took me right in after my shift. I'm super grateful because most salons are already closed by 7. I brought my own HEMA-free nail supplies due to having a suspected allergy as I've previous been diagnosed with contact dermatitis from artificial nails. The lady who did my nails used the supplies I provided and did such an amazing job. I wouldn't have been able to do this myself. My nails feel super light, painless and beautiful . The "spa" in your business name implies a relaxing environment, which is the very opposite of what I just experienced. All of the employees were talking at full volume nonstop the entire time and they even started playing hip hop music through the last 20 minutes (at least) of my appointment. Very overstimulating! Not so spa like. Cold on here. No ambiance. No music no tv screens. Nothing other than the employees chattering to each other for the whole half hour. The chairs are hard and broken. The pedi bath for feet was just water nothing in it but the smell if chemical cleaners. No moving bubbles or water flow. Stagnant now cold water. Confused on the experience here. What do they mean by spa? For who? Nails still wet and I am not being put under the light .... Also the loud talking over my head to aeg other in another language is very mood disruptive ! I got cut here and there. After a day of gel manicure, it got teared off and color changed. Someone told me that the manicures change the colors if they have been used for a long time. I would LOVE to speak to the owners of this salon. But every time I try to tell the person who is in the reception desk something that she should really mention to the owner about she gives me this look like she has no idea what I'm talking about. I've spent WAY too much money in there to get the quality I have been receiving. 1. I used to get Gel manicures there. One time the lady didn't put the bottom coat (i didn't say anything because it was only my second time getting this done. So I didn't know if this was the RIGHT way or what. I figured she was a professional and knew what she was doing). So 3 days later 4 nails came completely off in one lift and 2 chipped. I came back and they redid them. All the girls denied that she didn't put the bottom coat. Are you serious? As picky as I am? I watch your every move! I was told "that is impossible. she did put the base coat" I'm like.. "ok?" so then they charged me $5 to re-do my nails. SERIOUSLY??? 2. I purchased the $200 for 3 months of unlimited tanning. I will not be purchasing another. I'd rather pay MORE money to go somewhere else. For one thing, I am not getting as dark as I should. Are the bulbs bad? Second, the girls don't clean the bed immediately when someone gets out. Half the time I come in to tan they say "oh hold on let me clean the bed!" I've been to countless tanning salons as I have lived all over the place. I know you are supposed to clean immediately after a client is done tanning. So now I've been cleaning the bed every time I'm about to tan because I don't trust it. I shouldn't have to do this. 3. My last complaint would be that the last time I was there I was tanning in the lay down super bed and a DEAD FLY flew out from inside the tanning vents and went UNDER MY BUTT! WTF?! That's vile. So I proceeded to the receptionist desk to let them know that they should really get a screen door or close the door and use the AC. I've seen flies in there on many occasions. But to have a dead fly attack my butt is absolutely ridiculous. So that's that. When my tanning expires no more money will be spent on that place. read more

I asked for a design once and the lady who was helping me was really nice about it, she said she'd try her best based off of the picture I provided. I will NOT lie, I have been going here on and off for 5 years now. I have had more bad experiences than good. I think I keep going back because the location is convenient and overall, they do a good job on my nails. All the times I had a bad experience, I kept wanting to write a review but kind of felt bad and wasn't that familiar with yelp. Anyway, here is why I won't be going back there anymore. 1. I was there today and it was so obvious Didi and the rest of the staff were talking about me and my friend in their own language. ( I know all nail salon workers do this but Didi and the rest make it super obvious). Didi kept pressuring a customers sister to get a pedicure when she had already explained ahe didn't want one and shes only there with her sister. DIDI kept insisting....I counted...she said "are u sure?" 4times and "cmon just get a pedicure" 3 times. 2. I was there 2 MONTHS ago for only a manicure and Didi who is obsessed w giving people pedicures asked me about 5k times if I wanted one. Each time I said "no" as politely as I could. The last time I said "no.. I told u already I dont" she then started talking behind my back and laughing with her co workers. She is a horrible manager and very unprofessional. 3. On two different occasions, two different male workers cut my skin during a pedicure and I was bleeding A Lot!!! I still let it go and both times said it was ok but they insisted on pouring rubbing alcahol on the cuts. I kept saying no bit they did it anyway till I got mad at them. One of the times this happend I was pregnant and they didn't even take that into consideration. 4. Their tanning beds are super dirtt and they smell. I haven't tanned their for 3 years. Yuck! 5. I went in for my nails for my wedding and when I went to pay Didi rung me up...I had her charge the tip to my balance on my credit card. After I simply asked " ok so you are going to give her the tip in cash right?" I didn't even mean it in a bad way...I just asked because I wasn't sure if she was going to give me cash to tip thw other worker. She then blew up on me and said "goshhhh yes I am...I'm not going to steal your tip...ok!!!!" I was like " are u serious??? U r soooo rude and unprofessional!" And walked out. I guess Didi is my biggest concern with this place. I can't even believe people wrote great reviews about her. All she has ever been was mean, rude, imconsiderate, and unprofessional. read more

I have been to this salon five times. It's right down the street from our house. However, I won't be going back again. Each of the five times I've gone has been a painful experience. I was pregnant for the first few so had assumed I was a bit more sensitive at the time. Turns out that's not the case at all. I've seen different people each time and two of those three visits they drew blood. Not a huge amount, just clipped a bit too much skin. Needless to say, it wasn't until I went to another salon that I realized how important training is. There is no reason getting a mani/pedi should be a painful experience. I'm giving them two stars because I will admit that David and, I think his name was Angel, both did phenomenal jobs on the manicure and pedicure. They were very precise and when I got black gels done they were absolutely PERFECT. Second, David gave what can only be described as the best leg massage of my entire life. He also does massage therapy there, I highly recommend this service. The man has magic hands and truly is the salons saving grace. Found another place down the street. read more

Dirty they use their tools over and over without cleaning, even I asked the guy I say u brought the same tools you used on her you using it on me can you bring clean ones he goes to his desk and canes back thinking that I am stupid don't know that he just pretends he is bringing the same one back. . Absolutely horrible! If I could I would give it zero stars. I happened to drop by with my mother to get our eyebrows done and to our surprise we walked out with such a horrible wax job. We walked out of there with each of us having 2 completely different shapes, one had a super sharp arch while the other was really round. To top it off the lady that did mine over waxed one eyebrow and made it to the point where it is super thin. But if that wasnt bad enough they still had the nerve to rush me to get up and out to the front to pay instead of making them even. read more
