The subsequent appointment (requiring us to take a day away from work) was cancelled, and the follow up (requiring yet another day from work) involved them coming back to the house only to realize they didn't know what size the part should be (they measured on their last visit), and trying to reschedule yet again. After suggesting I was not willing to take a 4th day from work, they agreed to go buy the correct part and return that day. Then, upon return, realizing they actually can't do the job they promised, and still charging yet more labour for what in the end was a strip of silicone. A strip of silicone. For three days waiting at home and over $400 cost. Stay. Away.
