Divine Vinyl stood out with presentation of their proposal, including a rendering and altogether more detail and care than the others-- even the national chain just sort of shoved a number at me with little detail. This was an insurance-related claim due to damage from a tree fall, so responsiveness and detail was extra important. Most importantly, I'm very happy with the final product. The railing looks great, is sturdy and is exactly what I wanted. It was a quick installation with thorough cleanup. Would recommend and glad to support a local business. Once the contract was signed, the materials take about a month to come in, so plan accordingly.

I called the office hoping to get a plausible excuse so I wouldn't have to write this negative review. I was told he would get back to me, which of course never happened. I can understand if you don't want to do the job. A simple a courtesy call would have sufficed. Apparently that was too much for this Contractor who evidently just subs out the work anyway.

With a baby on the way, trashy neighbors living directly across my backyard and my rottweiler chasing the mailman for the 5th time (sorry!) I figured it was time. I got estimates from four other companies in late May. Mike at AF was the first to respond and come out for the quote. he also wore a mask which I appreciated. He was not the cheapest BUT he was able to install the fence earlier than all the other companies. I explained I needed it done before August when my baby is expected to arrive. He said it wouldn't be a problem as long as rain held off. Sure enough he got the fence installed in mid July. 50% down payment prior to the work beginning. Then paid the balance upon completion. I was also able to change my order to a larger gate when when he began the installation. Mike's staff worked quick and efficiently. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a fence.
