They said it was done and on the way to closing, ooops! We asked for documentation that project was paid for but we have to schedule. At closing, we were told keys would be in lockbox. Ooops no we are bringing them to you but you have to sit and wait. One only of the keys worked for three different doors. We were told the garage door openers would be on the kitchen counter. Ooops no where to be found. The realtor wasn't at closing and we were getting bad updates during closing. The realtor was unreliable. Would NEVER use this company! Dale insisted that we must close in thirty days which put a great burden on both the seller and on us, the buyers. We assumed the buyer needed this time of essence but when we met the buyer she assumed the same about us. All of the unnecessary stress and the rush for the seller to move, was caused by Dale. Dale did not show up at the walk through of the home or the closing. I would say she did not help her client a bit. Dale is simply a waste of oxygen that some useful human could be breathing. Stay far away from this realtor.
